Apple TV+ dropped the new trailer of the spy thriller series Tehran season 2. These new series come for the second season. The latest espionage thriller series is featuring by Niv Sultan.  The series mainly comes after about an agent of Israel’s secret police, the Mossad who also has been forced for confronting the main cultural roots at the time of the undercover mission in Iran.

Tehran (season 2): Plot

The upcoming trailer just gives a quick recap of the events of the first season while Tamar has infiltrated the advantages of the nuclear facility in Iran and also had been disguising herself as Zhila who is a Muslim and worked for the electric company. Now, it’s unfortunate that its mission of Tamar is to stop Iran from getting access to the nuclear warheads and compromise while the boss of Zhila has tried to assault the spy that leading to the death and Tamar also has to flee for her life.

Now in the second season, Tamer is still being hunted by Iran’s one of the rebellious guards when trying to keep her that cover like a Muslim woman. In the beginning, she has tried to discover a way out of Iran, but soon she has become connected to the Mossad that provides her with such a dangerous mission.

The latest trailer also focuses on the Emmy Award winner and Academy Award nominee  Glenn Closed who also has been playing the role of a high posting member of Mossad who also will guide supposedly  Tamar into her latest mission. The mission of Tamar is to provide that help to destroy  Iran’s nuclear reactor. You also cannot trust anyone in that spy game, and now the trailer also underlines how the characters are very close including that care chasing, shootings, and also that hand-to-hand battle.

In the trailer, we also have seen that the first trailer also exposed the mission as a  Spy, and it also exposed the past of the spy. The spy was born in Iran but also even though she had been brought up in Israel a culture was also embedded in her blood. After failing in ten first missions, Tamar has been forced to mingle with the locals and begins to reflect on her heritage. After season 2, she will keep Tamar in Iran as the show also could deepen into the first discussion on the best aspects based on the first season.

The second season of Tehran features cast members Dahaun Toub, Shervin Alenabi, Arash Marandi, and Shila Ommi. Tehran was also created by Moshe Zonder, Dana Edn, and Maor Kohn. Now Daniel; Syrkin acting as the director when Omri Shenhar has also been written along with  Zonder. Now strain and Shenhar are also the co-creators.  The executive producers are  Dana Eden and Sghula Spiegel for the Donna and Shula Productions, Alon Aranya for the Paper Plane Productions, Julien Leroux for Paper Entertainment, and Peter Emerson for Cineflix Studios, and Zonder,  Shgemnhar, Syrkin, and Eldad Koblenz for Kan 11.

Tehran (season 2): Release Date

The two episodes will premiere on the 6th May 2022 on Friday.
