Sustainability Leadership

The marathon saved 242m³ landfill volume and processed 13 tons of waste in 2025. With 75% of runners committed to zero-waste initiatives, TMM planted 6,547 trees, raising ₹41.57 lakh under the TMM Agro Forest Initiative.

Over two years, 11,663 trees have revived 30 acres of land in Solapur, Maharashtra. World Athletics honored TMM for waste management and food redistribution best practices, recognizing global leadership in sustainable event management.
