ZEE 5 has dropped the new trailer for the upcoming new drama series Taj Divided by Blood. In this film, the makers dropped the trailer. The new trailer of the show has chronicled the battle between Akbar’s sons for the Mughal throne.
The show holds the 10-part series stars Naseeruddin Shah, Dharmendra, Aditi Rao Hydari, Aashim Gulati, Taha Shah Badussha, and Shubham Kumar Mehra. In this series we are going to see Dharmendra as Shaikh Salim Chisti and Naseeruddin Shah as King Akbar, the new story unfolds the chapters of history while highlighting various unknown facts.
Taj Divided by Blood: Plot
The upcoming drama features an ensemble star cast including Naseeruddin Shah, Aditi Rao Hydari, Shubham Kumar Mehra, and Aashim Gulati. A couple of days back, Dharmendra unveiled his first look as Shaik Slim Chisti, where he looked completely unrecognizable with a white beard and long garb. Now, the makers have piqued the curiosity of the fans by dropping the trailer on Twitter. The 10-part succession and family drama series will stream on ZEE5 from March 3, 2023. While most stories from the Mughal era have been portrayed through the rose-tinted glasses of romance, Taj – Divided by Blood will showcase these historical figures as humans with ambitions, desires, and flaws.
The video gives a brief idea about the story of the Mughal Emperor and his kingdom. The story, which will see Dharmendra as Sheikh Salim Chisti, encapsulates the reign of King Akbar, who is on a quest to find a worthy successor.
