Sunil Narine, the all-rounder from KKR had smashed 57 in just 16 balls which became the fastest fifty in BPL (Bangladesh Premier League). He was playing for Comilla Victorians against Chattogram Challengers in BPL 2022. He reached the 50 mark in just 13 deliveries smashing 4 fours and 6 sixes. His performance in the BPL is surely going to impress the franchise owners and KKR fans ahead of IPL 2022.
The team had a target of 148 runs set by Chattogram Challengers and Narine proved his best form for the 15th edition of IPL. Scoring 57 runs, he had smashed 5 fours and 6 sixes that making the team reach the target in 12.5 overs. He had a strike rate of 356.25.

Sunil Narine gave a good performance In Kolkata Knight Riders in IPL 2021. He had scored a total of 62 runs in just 14 matches. he took 16 wickets and had a bowling average of 22.56. KKR most probably will back up Sunil Narine and Andre Russell for the middle-order lineup.
Shreyas Iyer will be leading KKR in 2022 and he joined the team for a whopping amount of 12.25 Crores.
Narine has been a major contributor to KKR’s success in the past decade. The franchise has made a short film regarding the player’s journey as a cricketer.
“It (being called for illegal bowling action in 2020) was tough! But at the end of the day, cricket was never easy for me. I had to work for everything I have. So, it was just like another stepping stone where I had to dig deep, work hard and come out on top,” Narine said.
