Still Shining Episodes 3 & 4: Release Date, Time, What to Expect — Plus Why GOT7’s Jinyoung Has Fans Absolutely Hooked

If you binge-watched Episodes 1 and 2 of Still Shining and immediately started counting down to the next drop, you’re exactly where the show wants you. JTBC’s newest healing romance has quietly become one of the most-talked-about K-dramas of March 2026 — and the best is still to come.

Still Shining — Key Details

What Is Still Shining About?

Still Shining follows the journey of two young adults who once shared a connection. Yeon Tae-seo, a practical subway driver who lives only for the present, unexpectedly crosses paths with his first love Mo Eun-a, a passionate lodging manager navigating life’s ambitions and setbacks. Their reunion slowly rekindles old feelings as they become each other’s support and guiding light while facing adulthood’s challenges.

It’s the kind of K-drama that creeps up on you — quiet, emotionally layered, and deeply relatable. The show’s “healing” tone draws comparisons to beloved slow-burn classics like When the Weather is Fine and Our Beloved Summer.

What Happened in Episodes 1 & 2?

Episode 1 begins in 2014. After a tragic car accident kills his parents and injures his brother, Tae-seo transfers schools and meets Eun-a in the school library. Their first interactions are awkward, but when Eun-a mentions fireflies, Tae-seo remembers a childhood connection — and slowly begins opening up to her.

Meanwhile, Eun-a visits Seoul and discovers her father’s partner may be cheating on him. Emotionally shaken, she leans on Tae-seo — and by the end, confesses that he has become a source of motivation and stability in her life. Their bond feels earned, not rushed.

What to Expect in Episodes 3 & 4

The preview for the upcoming episodes suggests a major time jump of nearly 10 years. Tae-seo and Eun-a are no longer in a relationship, and their lives appear to have taken completely different paths. Sportskeeda

This is where the real emotional weight arrives. Going from two teenagers finding comfort in each other to two adults navigating the wreckage of that first love — separately — is the kind of storytelling that makes K-dramas so deeply moving.

The Cast That’s Making It Work

Park Jin-young — best known globally as a member of GOT7 — plays Yeon Tae-seo. He is one of the most committed actor-idols of his generation, with acclaimed roles in Death’s Game and When My Love Blooms. The A.V. Club Kim Min-ju plays Mo Eun-a — a former IZ*ONE member who has been steadily building her acting credentials since the group disbanded. The A.V. Club

Together, their chemistry is the quiet engine powering the whole show. For more K-drama updates and Netflix release schedules, stay connected at TechnoSports.
