A Tale of Lost Futures and Rekindled Dreams

Set in an alternate early 1900s where steam power dominates instead of electricity, the story unfolds in a smoke-covered Kyoto. The narrative centers on two wounded souls: a boy hardened by his brother’s death and the shattered dream of an “Age of Electricity,” and a devout girl concealing her grief and regrets for her late mother.

When fate brings them together, they discover the mysterious 20th Century Electrical Catalog—a glimpse into the technologically advanced future that never came to be. Together, they must confront painful pasts while forging a path toward the future they both long for.

The premise blends emotional character drama with fascinating alternate-history worldbuilding, a combination that has proven successful for recent anime hits. For more anime news and streaming updates, explore our entertainment coverage at TechnoSports.
