Star Trek: Infinite gameplay revealed in honour of Picard Day

In honour of Captain Jean-Luc Picard, Paradox Interactive and Nimble Giant Entertainment, under licence from Paramount Consumer Products, have released a new trailer and details for Star Trek: Infinite, a grand strategy game that will be released this fall.

Star Trek: Infinite, which was recently announced at Summer Games Fest 2023, transports players to the centre of the cosmic war between the forces of the Alpha and Beta Quadrants. This Fall, Star Trek: Infinite, with its dynamic gameplay and complicated decisions, will be released on PC.

Though this game is inspired by the legendary Star Trek: The Next Generation, the tale isn’t limited to one ship. In Star Trek: Infinite, players take charge of one of the galaxy’s four great powers: the United Federation of Planets, the Romulan Star Empire, the Cardassian Union, or the Klingon Empire. Each main power has unique qualities, storylines, objectives, and more to make their play feel unique. Players can send ships to explore the Alpha and Beta quadrants, run an economy, and engage in diplomatic activities.
