Cuaca finally arrived! The second season of Squid Game, the drama that every person in the entire world was watching, has landed on Netflix. Remember the first season that had us glued like glue to the TV screen, chewing our fingers, and screaming at the TV? Get ready, because we’re going to start a new round of crazy!

Squid Game Season 2: New Games, New Drama!

So, what’s up with season 2? Imagine this: Our main character, player 456, played by Lee Jung-jae, returns and he’s now on a mission to stop the deadly games forever. But you didn’t think it would be quite as simple, did you?

This time around, we have a new set of poor people who have been thrown into this pervertedly made playground. Listen to this there is even a pregnant woman, a transgender person, and a grandma with her son! Galvanize diversity, am I right? The new villain’s name is Thanos. Marvel lawsuit, anyone?

What’s Hot and What’s Not

Firstly, here are the best parts:

The games are few but so mind-bending, which is great! The killers are not only dealing with our stomachs but our minds as well.
Lee Jung-jae? Without a doubt, he’s still killing it (pun intended). And guess what? The Front Man is back! But the unexpected twist is – he’s a player now. Mind. Blown.

They’ve included this voting thing after each game. It reminds me of Big Brother meets Saw. Scary, but nice

At any rate, it is just a dark rainy day (like Squid Game is ever that):

The fewer games mean less action that keeps us at the edge of our seats. Oh really?
Some parts drag on like a Monday morning meeting which comes to the rescue in the 11th hour. Pick up the pace, dear!
Literally, like curtains opening on a brand new play, all the drama has happened in detective cases. That is because it is about as interesting as looking at paint dry.
Do you really have to continue this chapter? Yes, we have already seen it. Move on!

So, Should You Watch It?

Listen, are you a true loyal Squid Game fan who will watch no matter what right? It’s obvious – you wouldn’t want to miss them. Some make you inhale, while some may not budge. Wanna put it in simple terms? It’s like the buddy that you’ve been hanging out with for years. He’s still cool, but not as much as the old days.

Beginners to this may want to start with Season 1. This one’s a slow reveal, and that cliffhanger? Let’s just say, it’s going to make us come back for the third run.

Deciding factor: Squid Game Season 2 is like a rollercoaster – it will have its highs and lows, but by the end, you are probably going to be glad that you went on the ride. Just don’t get your hopes up for it to make an impact on you as the premiere did. Who wants to make dalgona now?

FAQs

where can I binge-watch Squid Game Season 2?”

The excitement of the Squid Game is no end of joy anymore as the much further eagerly anticipated Season 2 is now out in the open for all Squid Game fans to see and fall in love with it on Netflix. What surprised me even more was that this time around a Telugu-dubbed version was also included! Hence, you can enjoy the show in your preferred language, either English or Telugu. Hence, that’s it for those of you who were planning to do something else and no one holds you accountable for purchasing extra chips and maybe some extra chocolate too, since you have a lot of watching left!

2. Is Season 2 as mind-blowing as Season 1?

To put it simply, it was not as thrilling as season one but, but it did come up with its own tricks, and one of the biggest ones was the idea of voting. Even though the narrator along with some new characters who are intriguing and the new games that are to be invented that enable the public to vote for them likewise means good participation, the series for the first time dawned with the ideas like “Ooh, interesting!” These and more are the enjoyable moments of the show. However, the season was not as electrifying as the first one.
