The recently released Spider-Man : No Way Home had made it huge in the box office and is an indicator of its pop-culture footprint. It is really rated high on IMBD and is already one of the Top 10 movies. The movie is on the 9th list from the Internet Movie Database, surpassing The Matrix, Apocalypse Now, 2001: A Space Odyssey and Lawrence of Arabia. IMBD’s Top 250 is also ranked by a formula, which comprises of “regular users” to vote.
The film is in 9th position and is the highest-rated comic movie. Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight from 2008 is the 4th movie on the list. The film is the third movie in the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe to be in the Top 250 just after Avengers: Infinity War at number 63 and Avengers: Endgame at number 76. The other Marvel film on the list is Hugh Jackman’s swansong as Wolverine, the 20th century Fox’s Logan (#222). The Dark Knight Trilogy, Memento (#55), Inception (#14), The Prestige (#48), and Interstellar (#28).
Spider-Man: No Way Home is one of the four films that got released this year that made it to the top-rated movies on IMBD list The other films include Dune, which is #179, and Jai Bhim (#133) and Drishyam 2 (#250), two original films from India that have been released on Amazon Prime Video.
