Spider-Man 2 will be released for the PC on January 30, 2025, and joins a growing list of PlayStation-exclusive games making their way to Steam and Epic Games Store. The porting of the Spider-Man titles will be done by Nixxes Software, who also has credit for developing some earlier titles.
The announcement came from NYCC 2024 which revealed the arrival of the sequel on Steam for Spider-Man and Spider-Man: Miles Morales. This comes as a step in the right direction with more sought-after exclusives such as God of War already making their way to the PC platform.
Spider-Man 2 Coming on PC soon
In a notable update, Insomniac has dashed hopes for the much-anticipated Venom DLC, stating that there is “no additional story content planned for Marvel’s Spider-Man 2,” effectively putting to rest speculation that has persisted since last year.
The story of Spider-Man 2 continues after Miles Morales, introducing iconic villains such as Venom and Kraven the Hunter.
