Silver Falls Is Calling: Walter Boys Season 4 Cameras Are Already Rolling

Cole’s car just flipped, Jackie kissed someone else, and half the Walter house is packing bags — Season 3 left fans with a lot to untangle. The good news? Season 4 isn’t a distant hope anymore. It’s already in production.

Walter Boys: Production Status

Filming for Season 4 kicked off on July 27, 2026, and is scheduled to wrap by November 20, 2026, once again shooting in Calgary, Alberta, standing in for the fictional Silver Falls, Colorado.

The Big Cliffhangers Season 4 Must Resolve

Season 3 ended on a gut-punch: Cole’s car flipped right after he decided to go back for Jackie — but she doesn’t know that. Meanwhile, Jackie kissed her childhood friend Elliot, believing Cole had already made his choice. Add in Alex stepping away from rodeo, Nathan heading off on a European tour, and Will preparing to move for his wife’s job, and Season 4 has no shortage of loose threads.

The biggest question fueling fan theories: how badly is Cole hurt, and will it reopen old wounds from the football injury that changed his path back in Season 1?

What Fans Are Watching For

• Whether Jackie gives her relationship with Elliot a real chance
• If Alex finally reveals why Cole really broke things off
• Whether Will and Nathan’s exits are permanent or temporary
• More screen time for underused characters like Katherine and Parker

The show’s blend of small-town coming-of-age drama and slow-burn romance has drawn frequent comparisons to the young adult literature genre it’s adapted from, which continues to fuel a loyal streaming audience season after season.
