Dhawan’s Journey to Love Again

Following his 2021 divorce from Australian-based Aesha Mukerji after eight years of marriage, Dhawan focused on his cricket career and fatherhood. His openness about emotional struggles won public empathy, making his newfound happiness with Sophie even more heartwarming.

The cricketer, known for his cheerful “Gabbar” persona on field, found in Sophie someone who appreciates both his public fame and private self. Their relationship represents second chances and cross-cultural love transcending boundaries.

Career & Future Plans

While Dhawan retired from international cricket in 2024, he remains active in the Indian Premier League (IPL) and various T20 leagues globally. Sophie reportedly plans to split time between Dublin and India post-marriage, supporting Dhawan’s commitments while maintaining her wellness business.
