SHARP Revolutionizes Indian Offices with Compact A3 Colour Multifunction Printers

Indian businesses just got a game-changer! SHARP has unveiled its latest BP-22C series A3 multifunction printers at the National Dealer Meet 2025 in Jaipur, promising to transform how Indian offices handle their daily printing needs.

Why These Printers Matter for Indian Businesses

Gone are the days when colour printing meant breaking the bank or sacrificing desk space. The new BP-22C20 and BP-22C25 models bring professional-grade colour printing to small and medium enterprises, corporate offices, and educational institutions across India—all while maintaining one of the most compact footprints in their class.

“Indian offices today are looking for smart, reliable machines that don’t take up too much space but still get the job done well,” explains Mr. Osamu Narita, Managing Director of SHARP Business Systems India. This sentiment perfectly captures what makes these printers special.

Smart Features That Actually Work

What sets the BP-22C series apart isn’t just speed (20-25 pages per minute), but intelligence. The 7-inch touchscreen makes navigation effortless, while features like Rotated Output automatically handle mixed document orientations—no more manual sorting of portrait and landscape prints.

Mobile connectivity takes center stage with the Sharpdesk Mobile app, AirPrint compatibility, and USB Direct Print. Whether you’re rushing between meetings or working from a co-working space, printing from your smartphone is now seamless.

Built for Modern Indian Workplaces

These aren’t just printers—they’re productivity partners. With 2GB RAM, 16GB storage, and paper capacity up to 1,850 sheets, they’re designed for high-volume environments. The 100-sheet Reversing Single Pass Feeder handles scanning at 31 pages per minute, making document digitization lightning-fast.

Security features include password authentication and secure job retention, while ENERGY STAR certification ensures these machines consume just 0.5W in standby mode—perfect for cost-conscious businesses.
