Here, in this article, we will discuss when the game is going to be released and how you can enjoy it. So, without further delay, let’s jump to our article.

Sand Land Release Date

Sand Land was announced in the year 2023, and now the gaming studio has announced its release date. Bandai Namco has announced that the game will be launching for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PC, Xbox Series X, and S, on April 26, 2024.

Well, that’s quite a long time between the announcement of the game and the announcement of the release date. As you may already know, Sand Land looks familiar, like a cult Japanese comic that is translated for an open-world adventure.

And that is not entirely incorrect; in fact, the game is. Sand Land originally came down in the year 2000. At that time, it was a short-lived tale of a demon prince who was on his explorations into a desolate wilderness.

Sand Land was created by Akira Toriyama, who is a well-known name in manga art. He is most famous for his Dragonball series. Apart from this anime, he is also popular for his contributions to many games, including Dragon Quest, while Sand Land is just a recent entry in his works.

We all know that Manga is ruling the world in the present day. Whether we talk about anime shows, movies, or even games, Japanese content is in demand for many reasons. It is engaging, full of emotions, and dwells on all the emotions one can feel.

Now, when we talk about anime games, many of them are inspired by anime shows. Or they may have taken a theme or characters from a particular anime show or movie.

The same is true with the Sand Land game, which remained a print-only phenomenon until last year. A feature-length film debuted in the summer of last year, and now this game serves as the next multimedia tie-in.

The company has shared a synopsis,

“Joining Beelzebub, the Fiend Prince, his Chaperone, Thief, and Sheriff Rao prepare to explore the vast desert and take on the Royal Army in various customizable vehicles. This unlikely team uniting humans and demons sets out on an adventure in search of the legendary spring capable of ending the terrible drought that has taken over the world. Together, they will travel beyond Sand Land to uncharted territories.”.
