Samsung TV Plus Content Catalog Grows
With this addition, Samsung TV Plus now boasts over 125+ FAST channels, making it one of India’s most comprehensive free streaming platforms. The service continues expanding its reach across Samsung’s 630+ million active devices globally.
Kunal Mehta, Head of Partnerships at Samsung TV Plus India, emphasized their mission: “Our goal is to deliver unmatched access and exceptional value to both audiences and advertisers on the Samsung TV Plus platform.”
Why B4U Partnership Matters
B4U Network brings 20+ years of entertainment expertise to Samsung TV Plus, with a global presence spanning 100+ countries. Their proven track record in delivering quality Hindi content makes this partnership strategically valuable.
Johnson Jain, Chief Revenue Officer at B4U, highlighted the significance: “Connected TV has emerged as a significant force in the Indian media landscape, revolutionizing how audiences consume content.”
Free Streaming Competition Intensifies
This partnership positions Samsung TV Plus strongly against competitors in India’s growing FAST (Free Ad-Supported Streaming Television) market. With premium content now available for free, viewers can access Bollywood blockbusters without subscription fees.
The move reflects Samsung’s strategy to capture India’s digital-first viewers who prefer free, ad-supported content over paid subscriptions.
What This Means for Indian Viewers
Access to premium Bollywood content without monthly fees represents significant value for Indian audiences. The addition covers multiple languages and genres, from mainstream Hindi films to regional Bhojpuri content.
Samsung TV Plus users can now enjoy:
- Latest Bollywood blockbusters
- Trending music videos
- Action-packed entertainment
- Regional language content
Connected TV Market Growth
The partnership aligns with India’s rapid Connected TV adoption, where viewers increasingly prefer streaming over traditional television. Samsung TV Plus leverages this trend by offering curated, free content that matches evolving viewer preferences.
This expansion reinforces Samsung’s commitment to redefining home entertainment in India, making premium content accessible to broader audiences through their Smart TV ecosystem.
