It looks like 2021 will be the year of Samsung, as a lot of devices will get launched by Samsung in the next year. As per reports, Samsung is going to launch its Galaxy S21 series along with a bunch of foldable phones, such as the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3. Apart from them, there could be some lite versions possible of the Galaxy Z Fold and Z Flip. But recently, a report has come out that Samsung may launch a triple folding tablet and a transparent display phone next year.
As of now, Samsung has not confirmed anything regarding the triple folding tablet and the transparent display phone. But we can definitely expect from the triple foldable tablet is that its screen is divided into three parts, but there will e only two hinges. This design looks quite familiar to us as we’ve seen this in the upcoming devices of Xiaomi and TCL. So, it looks that Samsung is trying to adopt the designs from them.
Now coming to the transparent display smartphone, it may hold some unique design. We can expect that it will be a smartphone that has its components at the bottom rather than behind the screen. After that, it projects the content onto a display that appears to be transparent (actually isn’t). Earlier, we’ve seen a similar design in Xiaomi’s Mi TV Lux OLED Transparent Edition. But this time, it will be on a much smaller scale.
Apart from those, Samsung may launch its very first scrollable and rollable smartphone in 2021. As of now, only LG has confirmed its upcoming rollable smartphone in the first half of 2021. TCL also showed a concept scrollable device a few months ago. So, it looks 2021 will be a year of mechanical smartphones with technological advancements.
