Samsung teased Galaxy Chromebook Go with LTE and another surprise feature

Samsung has released a commercial for the new Galaxy Chromebook Go, showcasing the LTE version. The video shows an important feature of the device, which a model equipped with only Wi-Fi support will not have.

As first spotted by GizmoChina, the promotional video shows a touchscreen in action on the LTE model of the Galaxy Chromebook Go. With the addition of a touchscreen, the LTE version of the Galaxy Chromebook Go could cost a creature more. The laptop is expected to be available with 8GB of RAM and either 64GB or 128GB of non-volatile storage. The touchscreen and stylus version is expected to be priced at $ 450.

According to official information, the Samsung Galaxy Chromebook Go is equipped with a 14-inch TFT display with a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels and an Intel Celeron N4500, one of Intel’s new Jasper Lake processors. The base clock speed is 1.1 GHz, the maximum reaches 2.8 GHz. It is equipped with integrated Intel UHD Graphics.

The laptop will receive a battery with a capacity of 42.3 Wh, which provides up to 12 hours of operation without recharging. It has Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, a nano-SIM card slot, two USB-C ports, one USB A (3.2) port, and a microphone/headphone combo jack. The power supply has a power of 45 watts.

The LTE-enabled Galaxy Chromebook Go has no release date yet, but the base version with Wi-Fi, 6GB of RAM, and 32GB of storage is already on sale for $ 300.
