All in all, in a separate leaked ad, Samsung has unwittingly leaked a teaser for the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6, according to a Reddit user who stumbled across an advertisement on a website in Kazakhstan. It is not clear where the ad appeared, but apparently, it has been removed. The images still offered a look at Samsung’s next flagship devices.
The Upcoming Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6
In the middle, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 was featured, while the Z Flip 6 was aligned on the right-hand side of the ad. Those devices both look similar to the previous iterations, the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Z Flip 5, but with key differences in design. While the design comes with a blurry screen, the thing is the Galaxy Z Fold 6 looks different, boxy, and wider than the rest of the leaks. But the ad doesn’t do a whole lot to expose the screen. The camera design does match what we’ve seen in leaked images before.
Leaks suggest the Fold 6 will be in the same color as the Galaxy S24 Ultra, which if true could mean a titanium form. On the flip side, the design of the Galaxy Z Flip 6 seems to be more in line with the Z Flip 5. The ad pictures the camera with an established new color-coordinated ring surrounding the lens, marking it apart from the black bezel.
A South Korean website claimed that the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event is set for July 10 Among other things, Samsung is expected to unveil the Galaxy Z Fold 6, Galaxy Z Flip 6, and Galaxy Ring at this event. According to the source, the physical launch will be happening in Paris.
The latest rumors based on FCC records suggest that the Galaxy Z Flip 6 might have an improved battery life. The documents indicate a potential increase in battery capacity for the Galaxy Z Flip 6 compared to the Galaxy Z Flip 5, which has a 3,700 mAh battery. The Galaxy Z Flip 6 might feature a 4,000 mAh battery, offering a modest but significant upgrade.
