Samsung has successfully gotten its Galaxy Z Fold3 certified in China. The device was initially spotted on official government websites like TENNA and MIIT, which have revealed certain key information about the upcoming foldable smartphone.
According to the official listing, Samsung’s new foldable handset will come with a 4,500mAh battery pack and will sport a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC under the hood.
It will feature two displays, including a large primary screen and an external display on the outer side. The bigger display is 7.5″ and the external panel is 6.2″. We still are not aware of the other details of the Galaxy Z Fold3.
Apart from this, a few additional details of the device have emerged on the Weibo platform about the device. According to that, the Galaxy Z Fold3 will support 25W charging and will run on Android 11 out-of-the-box.
The blogger expects the Galaxy Z Fold3 to be priced at 15,000 Yuan or $2317(1,72,846 INR).
The actual release date of the device is not yet known but Samsung is expected to make that clear on the 11th of August during their Galaxy UNPACKED event, which will also include the Galaxy Z Flip3, Galaxy Buds 2, and Galaxy Watch 4 as well.
