Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 external screen resolution leaked

According to well-known tech insider Ice Universe, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 will purportedly have a larger exterior screen than its predecessors. The 3.4-inch external screen, which was mentioned in the tweet, reportedly has a 720×748 pixel resolution and a 305 PPI pixel density.

The device’s cover display is considerably bigger than that on the Galaxy Z Flip 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 4, and it also has a squarer, folder-shaped aspect ratio, which should make it more convenient to use for tasks like monitoring alerts and widgets.

Everything about Galaxy Z Flip 5 Display

Even though it’s unclear whether Samsung would permit full application usage directly on the cover display, the larger external screen could also entail further UI improvements and software enhancements from the manufacturer. It is predicted that the Galaxy Z Flip 5 would support a 6.7-inch primary foldable OLED screen and a waterdrop-shaped hinge, which will minimise the visibility of the screen crease and narrow the space between the two parts of the phone.

The Galaxy Z Flip 5 is also rumored to contain a 12MP primary camera sensor, a 12MP ultrawide camera, a 10MP selfie camera, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy chipset, 8GB RAM, 256GB of internal storage, a fingerprint reader, and an IPX8 rating. The Galaxy Z Flip 5 may be one of the most intriguing foldable phones yet because of the larger exterior screen and other rumored specifications.

Samsung is rumored to debut the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5 earlier than anticipated, according to recent sources. Recent CAD renderings of the Galaxy Z Flip 5 also show a revised cover display. It’s interesting to note that a recent render video depicts the device with a black back panel, preventing the folder-shaped cover display from being seen when the display is off.
