Samsung declared that its Samsung Galaxy S23 series is cruising in the market and in important nations around the globe, breaking its predecessor’s previous sales record. Before the sale, in February, Samsung claimed that pre-orders for the Galaxy S23 series had surpassed those for the Galaxy S22 series, with more than 60% of customers choosing the most expensive Galaxy S23 Ultra model.
Since its launch 47 days ago, the Samsung Galaxy S23 series, according to Samsung, has seen an increase in sales of up to 70% worldwide.
In India, the company reported sales that were 1.4 times higher than those of the S22 series, and over the same time period in the Middle East and Europe, sales of the predecessor were 1.5 times higher.
According to Samsung, sales of the new phones in important Latin American nations like Brazil and Mexico, which started selling them on February 24, were 1.7 times higher than those of the previous model. Similar to the prior series during the same time period, the Samsung Galaxy S23 series recently saw sales in Korea surpass 1 million units.
Samsung reported that the popularity of Ultra products was overwhelming and that the global sales of the Samsung Galaxy S23 series, S23+, and S23 were tallied at 6 to 2 to 2 and 2 respectively.
About 130 nations, including Korea, the United States, Europe, Southeast Asia, Latin America, and India, have received the Samsung Galaxy S23 series from Samsung. On April 20, the phones will go on sale in Japan. This month, the Galaxy S23 series will also go on sale in some Middle Eastern and African nations.
