The South Korean giant Samsung is going to launch a new smartphone- Samsung Galaxy M02, which is expected to be a rebranded version of Galaxy A02s or A02. The upcoming Galaxy M02 is repeatedly spotted on many certification websites including GeekBench, Wi-Fi Alliance listing. Now, this upcoming phone has been spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), which reveals some key specifications of this phone. So let’s check out these specifications.
The Galaxy M02 will carry a model number of SM-025F/DS. According to the GeekBench datasheet, this upcoming phone will be powered by a Qualcomm processor, but there is no specific information about the exact processor. The datasheet also reveals that the Octo Core processor of Galaxy M02 will be clocked at 1.80GHz. The SoC of this phone will be equipped with 3GB RAM.
The BIS certification reveals that the Galaxy M02 will support dual-SIM functionality. As per the GeekBench certification, this phone has scored 128 in the Single-Core test, whereas in the Multi-Core test it has scored 486. The Galaxy M02 seems to be an entry-level smartphone and will run on Android 10 out-of-the-box.
The Galaxy M02 has also been spotted on the Bluetooth SIG Certification website with another phone with a model number of SM-A025F_DS. Both of these smartphones have been listed with the name Galaxy A02s, which reveals that the Galaxy M02 could be the rebranded version of Galaxy A02 or A02s.
The Galaxy M02 has also been spotted on Wi-Fi Alliance listing which reveals that this upcoming phone will support 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.
