Samsung Galaxy Fit 3: Anticipated Launch Schedule Revealed

Samsung has consistently demonstrated its prowess in crafting commendable smartwatches, particularly through its collaboration with Google on the development of Wear OS. Despite this, the company has refrained from introducing new fitness bands since the unveiling of the Galaxy Fit 2 several years ago. The eagerly anticipated Galaxy Fit 3, Samsung’s upcoming affordable wearable device, recently offered a sneak peek into its design, sparking curiosity about its specifications and launch date.

The Upcoming Samsung Galaxy Fit 3

Intriguingly, tipster Revegnus (@Tech_Reve) has shed light on the launch timeline of the Galaxy Fit 3. According to the source, Samsung is poised to unveil the fitness band in the first half of 2024, foregoing a standalone launch event. This strategic move positions the Galaxy Fit 3 to make its debut months ahead of the anticipated Galaxy Watch 7 lineup, scheduled for release in the latter half of the same year.

Reports also suggest that Samsung is ambitiously planning to produce and market approximately one million units of the Galaxy Fit 3. Although specific details regarding its features remain scarce, leaked images provide a glimpse into its larger color OLED screen compared to its predecessor, the Galaxy Fit 2. Notably, indications point towards the inclusion of a heart rate monitor, and there are speculations about the incorporation of features such as sleep tracking, GPS, accelerometer, gyro, and various other sensors.

In terms of aesthetics, the Galaxy Fit 3 is expected to be available in three distinct colors, catering to diverse consumer preferences. As the device boasts a more expansive display and enhanced features compared to its predecessor, it is anticipated that the Galaxy Fit 3 will command a higher price point. Concurrently, Samsung is rumored to be gearing up for the announcement of the Galaxy Buds 3 in the latter part of the following year, further solidifying its presence in the wearable technology market.
