The Samsung Galaxy A55 5G has received certification from the NBTC. These listings imply that the phone will soon be released globally, in addition to verifying the model names.

In addition to Samsung’s Galaxy A55 and Galaxy A45, the BIS India, Bluetooth SIG, FCC, Indonesia’s TKDN, and Korea’s NRRA have previously been included. With model numbers SM-A5560 and SM-A556E, respectively, the Galaxy A55 5G has advanced to obtain certification from China’s MIIT and Indonesia’s NBTC.

Because of its NBTC appearance, the phone’s Galaxy A55 model number and SM-A556E/DS identification are visible. Although the supplied charger is not guaranteed to work, it may nevertheless enable 25W charging.

According to its Geekbench listing, it boasts an Xclipse 530 GPU, 8GB of RAM, and an Exynos 1480 SoC. The phone may clock in at a maximum of 2.75GHz. Additionally, you might own OneUI software, which is built on Android 14.

Previous leaks and claims suggest that the smartphone would include a 6.5-inch Full HD+ OLED display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. Three sensors might be included: a 50 MP primary, a 5 MP macro, and a 12 MP ultra-wide. There will be a 32 MP front sensor for selfies in addition to a camera.

Leaked renders of the Samsung Galaxy A55 also revealed the device’s design characteristics, with little deviation from the model. It follows the same design language as the punch-hole display, vertical cameras, and flat edges. When it launches, three colors—Awesome Iceblue, Awesome Lilac, and Awesome Navy—should be available.
