Samsung, the South Korean multinational conglomerate, has launched two new devices today. These two smartphones are Samsung Galaxy A52 and Samsung Galaxy A72. We have already talked in length about the two devices with the aid of several leaks in the last few weeks. 

Samsung Galaxy A52

Samsung Galaxy A52  flaunts a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display and will have a modest refresh rate of 90 Hz. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core SoC and is paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. It runs on Android 11-based OneUI 3.1.  

In terms of optics, you will spot a 64 MP primary sensor with AF OIS, a 12 MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 5 MP macro lens and a 5 MP depth sensor. For taking selfies, a 32 MP lens will be offered in the front. Samsung Galaxy A52 draws energy from a 4,500mAh battery cell and is paired with 25W fast-charging support. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, and a USB Type-C port. 

Samsung Galaxy A72

Samsung Galaxy A72 sports a 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-O display. It also comes with a 90Hz refresh rate. It also runs on Android 11-based One UI 3.1. The Galaxy A72 is powered by an octa-core processor paired with up to 8 GB RAM and 256 GB internal storage. 

The smartphone houses an improved 5,000mAh battery cell but is paired with a similar 25W fast-charging support. There’s not much difference in terms of the quality of the camera. The rear camera has a quad-camera module at the back which comes with a 64 MP primary sensor, a 12 MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 5 MP macro lens and a 5 MP depth sensor. The only upgrade in this section is the new 3x telephoto lens. You will find a similar 32MP snapper for selfies in the front. It has connectivity options like 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, GPS/ A-GPS, and a USB Type-C port.

Prices

Samsung Galaxy A52 will cost you EUR 349 (roughly Rs. 30,200) whereas its 5G model is priced at EUR 429 (roughly Rs. 37,100). The price of the Samsung Galaxy A72 is EUR 449 (roughly Rs. 38,800). All three models are present in three colours: Awesome Black, Awesome Blue, Awesome Violet, and Awesome White.
