R. Madhavan‘s new trailer ‘Rocketry: The Nambi Effect’ just gives us goosebumps. The first trailer was launched on 1st April. The film has been written and directed by R. Madhavan himself. The film is a biopic of brilliant aerospace engineer Nambi Narayanan in it.

Nambi Narayan also desires to take the country to a higher level and acknowledge aerospace technology, but the country does not give him the expected respect to him.  If you are interested in rocket science then this film is definitely a good one for you.

Rocketry

This is the second trailer that has recently been dropped, it does not reveal anything new but the determination of Nambi Narayanan to launch commercial satellites for India, and he is ready to face all the obstacles in his path. He has got an offer from NASA, but he rejected it, just to serve the nation, but still, he has to hear the term, ‘deshdrohi’.

Rocketry: The Nambi Effect: Plot

The story of Rocketry depicts the life of Nambi Narayanan who is a former scientist and aerospace engineer of the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO). In 1994, Narayanan had allegedly charged with leaking some vital secrets on defence to two of the alleged Maldivian intelligence officers, Mariam Rasheeda and Fauzia Hassan. The scientist was mentally steady and also honest about his duty, and battled against his own case in the Supreme Court and was termed not guilty in 1996.

In a recent interview with PYI, Madhavan said the country has missed out on the opportunity to acknowledge Narayan. He told, “Had there been some other country, he would be called a national asset, there would be bodyguards and bulletproof cars around him,”

Rocketry premiered at the 75th Cannes International Film Festival, and that was praised by the global audience.

Rocketry: The Nambi Effect: Cast

The film features Madhavan and Simran in the lead roles. Suriya played a cameo role in the Tamil Telugu, and Malayalam versions of the movie, and Sha Rukh Khan led the cameo role in Hindi and English. In this film, we will also see Hollywood actors Ron Donachie.
