Revenant Esports, India’s rising star in the esports arena, delivered a power-packed performance on the opening day of the Brawl Stars World Finals 2023. Revenant Esports on the Pinnacle of Indian Esports History, Secures Spot in Brawl Stars World Finals Playoffs

Representing India as the lone team at this prestigious global event, Revenant Esports is battling it out with the intention of securing the international trophy for their home country. After an impressive showing on Day 1, they have edged closer to their goal, advancing to the Playoffs stage.

The team, made up of Jerome “Response” Jiaen, Joshua “Prime” Lim, Prashank “Trashant” Malik, and spearheaded by young Indian sensation, Ashmit “Sergeant Clash” Singh, has already carved a niche in history. They are the first-ever Indian team to qualify for the Brawl Stars World Finals, a globally respected esports event.

Revenant Esports were placed into Group A, pitted against North American powerhouses Luminosity Gaming and China’s BC Gaming. Despite a 1-3 loss to Luminosity, the team rallied to pull off a remarkable comeback against the Chinese contenders. In an adrenaline-pumping best-of-five series, the Indian squad emerged victorious with a scoreline of 3-2.

In response to their advancement to the Playoffs stage, Sergeant Clash from Revenant Esports said, “Entering the Group Stage of the Brawl Stars World Finals 2023, we were confident in our ability to reach the Playoffs. Our initial loss to Luminosity due to some missteps didn’t discourage us but motivated us to work together to rectify them. Overcoming BC Gaming and progressing to the Playoffs is an electrifying achievement. We’re approaching each game with focus, and I must commend the team for maintaining their composure in this high-pressure tournament.”

Revenant Esports will next showcase their prowess in the Quarterfinals of the Brawl Stars World Finals 2023. They are set to face off against the victor of Group C at 5:35 PM IST on Nov. 26, 2023.
