Capcom has finally revealed the exclusive Ashley skins that will only be available to those who purchase the Collectors or Deluxe Edition of Resident Evil 4 Remake. This news comes just days after the Japanese developer released a brief but compelling Resident Evil 4 Remake demo, which is now available for download.
Capcom revealed the Deluxe and Collector’s Editions of its upcoming survival horror game back in October, four months after first teasing it. While the company was so eager to encourage purchases that it decided to lock some Resident Evil 4 Remake content behind these upgrades, its initial announcement was lacking in some details regarding their bonuses, with Ashley’s exclusive skins being a prime example.
Capcom has finally revealed Ashley’s Casual and Romantic costumes, which will be available to those willing to pay at least $69.99 for the upcoming game. The first images of these exclusive skins appeared alongside their Leon variants on the official Resident Evil website, though the latter were already revealed as part of the original Resident Evil 4 Remake Deluxe Edition announcement. While Ashley’s Romantic costume is nearly identical to its Leon counterpart, her “casual” look is much wilder, seemingly inspired by some sort of emo-punk fashion.
The Resident Evil 4 Remake Deluxe Edition also includes two special in-game charms and limited briefcases, as well as two premium weapons in the form of the Sentinel Nine pistol and the Skull Shaker shotgun.
Furthermore, this version of the game includes Leon’s Hero and Villain costumes, which do not have an Ashley counterpart. A pair of sporty sunglasses, as well as the game’s soundtrack and a treasure map, are included in the package.
Resident Evil 4 Remake is launching on March 24 for PC, PS4, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.
