Redmi Note 9T 5G and Redmi 9T (with NFC) finally launched for global markets

Redmi has finally launched two of its devices for retailing in the global markets, Redmi Note 9T 5G and Redmi 9T (along with its NFC variants). So, let’s just quickly check out the specifications of both the Redmi smartphones.

This is a dual SIM-5G phone from Redmi, which means, you can use two 5G SIM cards in this smartphone at a time. The Redmi Note 9T 5G runs the MIUI 12 based on the Android 10 OS and is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 800U 5G chipset. Regarding the display, this phone offers a 6.53-inches FHD+ (1080 x 2340 pixels) IPS LCD punch-hole display supported by a faster refresh rate of 90Hz and protected by the Corning Gorilla Glass 5. This phone has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

Xiaomi goes global with the Redmi Note 9T 5G

The SoC of this phone is paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB of UFS 2.2 storage (expandable). Coming to its camera section, this phone features a triple rear AI camera setup (with an LED flash) that includes a 48MP primary/wide sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide angle sensor, and a 2MP macro sensor. For selfies, this phone offers a 13MP selfie snapper at the front.

The Redmi Note 9T 5G is fueled by a big 5,000mAH battery supported by 18W of fast charging. For multimedia, this phone has the best support of the stereo speakers, and most importantly, NFC and IR blaster is there as well. In terms of other connectivity features, this phone offers everything including 5G and USB-C 2.0.

This phone is available in three different color variants: Gray, Green, and Violet. Regarding its pricing, the Redmi Note 9T 5G carries a price tag of €229 (€199, Early Bird offer) for its 4GB/64GB variant and €269 (€249, Early Bird offer) for the top variant of 4GB/128GB.

Redmi 9T(NFC):

The Redmi 9T runs the MIUI 12 based on the Android 10 OS. Regarding the display, this phone offers a 6.53-inches FHD+ (1080 x 2340 pixels) IPS LCD water-drop notch display.

The SoC of this phone is paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB or 128GB (NFC variant) of internal storage (expandable). Coming to its camera section, this phone features a quad rear camera setup (with an LED flash).

For multimedia, this phone has the best support of the dual speakers, and most importantly, NFC (only for special NFC variant) and IR blaster is there as well. In terms of other connectivity features, this phone offers almost everything including the 3.5mm headphone jack.

Regarding its pricing, the Redmi 9T carries a price tag of €159 for its sole 4GB/64GB variant, and for the NFC variant, this phone is priced at €169 (for 4GB/64GB) and €199 (for 4GB/128GB).
