Redmi Note 9 launched in India starting from Rs.11,999

Redmi Note 9 is finally here with Helio G85 processor at a very cheaper price point and according to the rumors the phone does come with a 6GB RAM variant and as we suspected there is a 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant, which is the top variant of the phone.

Amazon will have the first sale of Redmi Note 9 on July 24 at 12 noon.

The 6.53-inch FHD+ IPS LCD of Redmi Note 9 has a Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The quad rear camera setup has a 48MP Samsung ISOCELL Bright GM1 primary sensor, along with an f/1.79 lens. It is paired with an 8-megapixel secondary sensor with an f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle lens, 2MP sensor with an f/2.4 macro lens, and a 2MP depth sensor with an f/2.4 lens. The front selfie camera has a 13MP sensor housed in the punch-hole at the top left corner of the display.

The phone runs on Android 10 with MIUI 11. The MediaTek Helio G85 processor, coupled with up to 6GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 128GB storage, is idle for gaming at this price point along with Mali-G52 GPU. The phone is powered with a huge 5020mAh battery and supports 22.5W fast charging via USB Type-C port. The Redmi Note 9 comes with a 1216 linear speaker. It also has P2i hydrophobic nano-coating.

Price and Availability:

Redmi Note 9 has three storage and RAM variants where the 4GB + 64GB variant is priced at Rs.11,999, the 4GB + 128GB variant is priced at Rs.13,499 and the top model is 6GB + 128GB variant which goes for Rs.14,999. The phone will be available in green, blue, and white colour options.
