The Redmi Note 13 series has recently been launched in China. Is expected to be available, in markets, including India very soon. This series consists of three models; Redmi Note 13, Redmi Note 13 Pro, and Redmi Note 13 Pro+. These smartphones have already received certification from the FCC. Reports suggest that they will be officially released in India and other global markets next month.
The Upcoming Redmi Note 13 Series
In terms of design and color options, the Redmi Note 13 series offers a variety of choices. The standard Note 13 model comes in Black, Blue, and White colors. The Pro model provides options such as Black, Blue, Silver, and White variants. Meanwhile, the Pro+ model is available in Black, Silver, and White color variations. These phones will be up for purchase starting from September 26 on the Xiaomi China website.
Moving on to their specifications and features; The Redmi Note 13 boasts a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. It is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6080 SoC processor. Can be customized with up to 12GB of RAM along with built-in storage options up to 256GB. The operating system runs on Android 13 with MIUI version 14.
As for the camera setup, the back of the Note 13 model; includes a primary sensor capturing images at a resolution of 100 megapixels accompanied by a sensor that captures details at 2 megapixels. The selfie camera has a 16-megapixel sensor. The smartphone has a 5,000mAh battery. Supports fast charging, at 33W using a wired connection.
On the variant, you’ll find a 6.67-inch display with a refresh rate of 120Hz and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection offering stunning visuals, in full HD+ resolution. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset, offering configurations of up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of onboard storage. It runs on the same MIUI 14 operating system as the standard model.
In the camera department, the Note 13 Pro features a high-resolution 200-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL HP3 primary rear sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS). Additionally, it has an 8-megapixel sensor with an ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2-megapixel macro sensor at the rear, along with a 16-megapixel front camera. It packs a substantial 5,100mAh battery and supports 67W fast charging.
The high-end Pro+ model shares many similarities with the Pro model in terms of display, operating system, storage, and camera specifications. However, it is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Ultra SoC and comes with a robust 5,000mAh battery that supports rapid 120W charging.
