The Redmi Note 13 5G series is scheduled for launch in India on January 4th, featuring the vanilla Redmi Note 13, Note 13 Pro, and Note 13 Pro+, all equipped with 5G capabilities. Having originally debuted in China some time ago, the design and pricing details are already available. What remains to be unveiled are the sales specifics and the pricing for the Indian market. In this regard, tipster Abhishek Yadav has exclusively disclosed the retail box price for the Redmi Note 13 Pro.
The Upcoming Redmi Note 13 Pro+
As per Abhishek Yadav’s post on X, the Redmi Note 13 Pro with 12GB + 256GB configuration is expected to have a box price of ₹32,999. In comparison, the same model in China is priced at RMB 1799, equivalent to around ₹21,500. However, it is essential to note that the actual cost of the phone is likely to be considerably lower, given the historical variance between box prices and actual retail prices.
Beyond the 12GB + 256GB variant, it is anticipated that other options will be available at the time of the launch. Additionally, the Redmi Note 13 Pro boasts impressive specifications, including a 6.67-inch 1.5K FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, punch-hole cutout, 1920Hz PWM, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. The phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC, coupled with an Adreno GPU for graphics. Running on Android 13-based MIUI 14 out-of-the-box, it offers up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.
The camera setup includes a remarkable 200MP Samsung ISOCELL HP3 sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro sensor. For selfies and video chats, there is a 16MP front snapper. Other features encompass an X-axis Linear motor, dual-stereo speakers, NFC, IP54 rating for water and dust resistance, and an in-display fingerprint sensor for security. The device is also equipped with a 5,100mAh battery with 67W fast charging support.
