Xiaomi also unveiled the Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed Edition, a new model in the Note 12 Pro series, at the launch event for the Redmi K60 series. The 6.67-inch FHD+ OLED screen with a 2.9mm ultra-narrow bottom bezel and refresh rates of 120Hz, 240Hz, and 1920Hz is still present.
It contains up to 12GB of RAM, a Snapdragon 778G SoC that replaces the older Dimensity 1080 SoC, a centre frame made of an aluminium alloy with high thermal conductivity, and a total heat dissipation area of up to 22763mm2. According to the manufacturer, the thermal conductivity has grown by 77% since the Note 11 Pro.

Midnight Black, Blue, and Shimmer Green are the available colours for the Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed Edition, which retails for 1699 yuan (US$ 244 or approximately Rs. 20,210) for 6GB + 128GB, 1799 yuan (US$ 258 or approximately Rs. 21,400) for 8GB + 128GB, and 1999 yuan (US$ 287 or approximately Rs. 23,7810) for 12GB + 256GB. China has already started selling it.
