Realme Q3 vs Realme Q3 Pro vs Realme Q3i: Specification Comparison

Smartphone brand Realme had launched its new series – Realme Q3 series a few days back. This series consists of three smartphones which are Realme Q3i, Realme Q3 5G, and Realme Q3 Pro. Here, we are going to compare what are the similarities and differences between the two smartphones.

Display

Realme Q3 Pro sports a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution. Whereas Realme Q3i and Realme Q3 come with a 6.5-inch FHD+ LCD Display.

All three of the smartphones have a screen resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. The difference comes with the Pro model which offers an AMOLED panel.

Processor

Realme Q3 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G chipset and Realme Q3i is powered by the Mediatek Dimensity 700 SoC. The Pro model of the smartphone houses a Mediatek Dimensity 1100 mobile processor which is the second-best processor launched by the Mediatek.

Camera

As supposed, the Realme Q3 Pro houses the best camera module at the back with a 64 MP primary camera, an 8 MP ultrawide lens, and a 2 MP macro sensor.

Realme Q3 has a 48 MP primary lens, an 8MP ultrawide camera, and a 2MP macro camera whereas the Realme Q3i comes with a 48MP primary sensor, a 2MP monochrome camera, and a 2MP macro camera and does not have an ultrawide lens.

Battery

This is one domain where the Realme Q3 Pro does not establish its dominance. In fact, it is the weakest of the three. Realme Q3 5G and Q3i 5G houses a 5,000 mAh battery cell whereas the Pro model comes with a weaker 4500 mAh battery cell.

The Realme Q3 and Realme Q3 Pro are paired with a 30W fast charging support in comparison to Realme Q3i’s 18W fast charging support.

Price

Realme Q3i 5G

  • 4 GB + 128 GB – Rs 12,703 or CNY 1,099
  • 6 GB + 128 GB – Rs 13,859 or CNY 1,199

Realme Q3 5G

  • 6 GB RAM + 128 GB – Rs 15,015 or CNY 1,299
  • 8 GB RAM + 128 GB – Rs 16,171 or CNY 1,399

Realme Q3 Pro 5G

  • 6 GB + 128 GB – Rs 18,483 or CNY 1,599
  • 8 GB + 128 GB – Rs 20,794 or CNY 1,799
  • 8 GB + 256 GB – Rs 23,106 or CNY 1,999

Our Thoughts

The 6 GB RAM + 128 GB is the uniform model across the three models and the price difference between the base end and the high-end models is less than Rs 5,000. With this, the Pro version offers better camera specs, display, and processor. Only in the battery domain, it lags behind. Our choice will be the Realme Q3 Pro smartphone.
