Realme Pad 2 Wi-Fi Set to Debut in India Alongside Realme P1 5G Series on April 15

Realme is set to introduce the Wi-Fi version of its Realme Pad 2 tablet in India soon, with the company confirming the launch date and sharing some key specifications. The Realme Pad 2 with LTE support made its debut in the country back in July 2023.

Both the LTE and Wi-Fi variants are expected to offer similar features aside from the connectivity option. Alongside the tablet, Realme is also preparing to unveil its new lineup of smartphones in India, namely the Realme P1 5G series.

According to a press release from Realme, the Pad 2 Wi-Fi variant will make its debut in India on April 15 at 12PM IST, coinciding with the launch of the Realme P1 5G lineup. The tablet is available for purchase on Flipkart and the official Realme India website for interested buyers. The design has already been revealed through a preview page for the tablet, and it appears that the Wi-Fi variant looks exactly like the LTE version.

It would be available in two colors: Inspiration Green and Imagination Grey, as teased by the ad. According to Realme, the Realme Pad 2 Wi-Fi edition would have an 11.5-inch 2K display with a resolution of 2,000 x 1,200 pixels. The refresh rate will be up to 120Hz, brighter at 450 nits, feature blue light protection, and an 85.2 percent screen-to-body ratio. Furthermore, its 8,360mAh battery capacity will support 33W wired SuperVOOC charging.

The Realme Pad 2 price in India for the LTE version is not known yet, but it is tipped to be more affordable compared to the LTE model. The Realme Pad 2 LTE was rolled in the country with a price tag of ₹19,999 for the 6GB + 128GB and ₹22,999 for the 8GB + 256GB.

The Realme Pad 2 LTE edition is equipped with MediaTek Helio G99 SoC, accompanied by up to 8GB of RAM and a maximum of 256GB of storage space. It runs on Android 13-based Realme UI 4.0 and offers features like multi-screen collaboration, screen mirroring, dual windows, split-screen functionality, and a smart sidebar. Additionally, it includes an 8-megapixel AI-enabled rear camera sensor.
