Realme GT 6 Key Specifications and Color Options Unveiled Ahead of Chinese Launch

Realme GT 6 to launch in China on July 7, Realme has sent numerous teasers for its launching through Weibo before the sale. These teasers have confirmed the main specs and look of their latest flagship model. This new phone will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 in China. It also features BOE’s newly launched S1+ 8T LTPO display technology. The phone will also offer 120W fast-charging support, powered by a 5,800mAh battery. The device is listed on the TENAA website bearing model number RMX3800. The Realme GT 6 is currently on sale in India and some other global markets.

The Upcoming Realme GT 6 in China

The teasers that Realme posted on Weibo last day also confirm that the upcoming Realme GT 6 shall be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 can use a BOE S1+ 8T LTPO display, and will be protected with crystal armor glass to resist scratches. The display is said to offer better touch sensitivity and legibility at low brightness, it has a peak auto mode heading that goes 6K nits.

The Realme GT 6 will be available in Light Year White and Storm Purple colors alongside a Moon Exploration edition that debuts with a Black finish having a Starry track texture.

When considering battery, the Realme GT 6 comes with a massive dual-cell Silicon-Carbon battery of 5,800mAh supporting charging of up to 120W SuperVOOC. Realme claims the battery will last for four years, while the fast-charging technology can replenish 50% of the battery in just 12 minutes. In comparison, the Indian variant includes a 5,500mAh battery with identical 120W fast charging.

Additionally, a new Realme model numbered RMX3800 has appeared on TENAA, likely corresponding to the Chinese edition of the Realme GT 6. Specifications listed include a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with 144Hz refresh rate, options for 8GB, 12GB, 16GB, and 24GB RAM, and storage capacities ranging from 128GB to 1TB. The phone is powered by an octa-core processor.

The Realme GT 6 is equipped with a dual rear camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel main sensor and a 16-megapixel front camera for selfies. Currently priced from ₹40,999 in India, the Realme GT 6 is set to launch in China on July 9 at 2 pm local time (11:30 am IST), with more details expected to emerge online in the lead-up to the event.
