Realme C12 launched in Indonesia today with more or less similar features like the Realme C15. It seems to be the toned down version of the Realme C15. Both the phone will also launch in India on 18th August. As promised by Madhav Seth, Realme Indian CEO, these phones will be priced within Rs.10,000 in India. Specifications of Realme C12
Realme C12 features a 6.5-inches HD+ Mini-drop LCD with Corning Gorilla Glass protection. It has a Geometric Gradient design at the back and the rear camera setup comprises a 13MP primary shooter and two 2MP modules – one for depth sensing and another for monochrome shots. The front camera is of 5MP housed in the mini-drop notch. The rear camera misses the 8MP camera present in the Realme C15 whereas the front camera has also been toned down to 5MP from 8MP.
Realme C12 comes with a MediaTek Helio G35 chipset along with 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The phone runs on the latest Realme UI based on Android 10. The phone is powered by a 6,000mAh battery but it supports only 10W charging instead of 18W fast charging. But it is capable of reverse charging other devices. Realme C12 comes in Marine Blue and Coral Red colours.
Price and Availability
The phone is priced at IDR 1,899,000 ($128) for the sole 3GB + 32GB variant though a limited flash sale gets the price down to IDR 1,749,000 ($117) on the day of its first sale on August 16.
