Realme 14 Pro Series Teased in India with Snapdragon 7s Gen 3

Realme has already started teasing the Indian launch of the upcoming Realme 14 Pro series which is believed to consist of the Realme Pro 5G and the Pro+ 5G models. This will be the successor to the Realme 13 Pro duo, which was released around July earlier this year. According to the company, the new series will be two generations ahead with its camera solutions. Realme has already confirmed the processor and camera features for its upcoming phones.

The Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chip is expected to power the upcoming Realme 14 Pro series that includes the Realme 14 Pro 5G and Realme 14 Pro+ 5G. It follows the last generation’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chips. The chipset is said to enhance CPU and GPU performance and thus better gaming and multitasking experience, according to Realme. Moreover, the Realme 14 Pro series will include a periscope camera, although it remains to be seen if both devices or just the Pro+ 5G will have this feature.

The phones will also feature AI Clarity 2.0, which upgrades low-resolution photos and improves old images taken with low-end cameras. The company also revealed that the phone is going to feature AI-based image stabilization along with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) for better in-frame clarity. The Realme 14 Pro series will also be accompanied by a slew of interesting new features that the brand will announce in the weeks leading up. While an official launch date has yet to be announced by Realme, previous reports indicate the series may likely launch in January.

The non-Pro models are likely to be part of the series as well, but it is not clear if the Pro versions will be launched alongside the Pro ones. The Realme 14 Pro will come in different RAM and storage configurations: 8GB +128GB, 8GB +256GB, and 12GB +512GB. Other colors will be Suede Grey and Pearl White. For context, the Realme 13 Pro and 13 Pro+ 5G were launched starting at ₹26,999 and ₹32,999, respectively.
