Realme recently teased the launch of the awaited Realme 12+ 5G smartphone, in India. They have introduced a microsite on the Realme India website to give us a glimpse of this mid-range smartphone.

The microsite not only confirms that the “One Plus” smartphone will soon arrive in India but also reveals that it will be part of the Realme 12 series lineup. Realme suggests that this device will redefine value in the. Segment within their number series. Although they haven’t officially disclosed its name yet all indications point towards it being the Realme 12+ 5G variant.
Reports suggest that this smartphone is expected to bring over a dozen improvements. The teaser also confirms that it will feature a luxurious leatherette finish on the panel adding elegance to its design within this segment. This aligns with what was revealed through MIIT certification.
Adding to the excitement, Realme has announced that Malaysia will witness the debut of this smartphone on February 29th. Insights, from teasers released by Realme Malaysia indicate that the device will showcase a flat-edge design, complemented by a camera island.
According to a known insider, Sudhanshu Ambhore it has been revealed that the phone will be equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 7050 system, on a chip. Additionally, it is anticipated that the smartphone will come with a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen that supports resolution and an impressive refresh rate of 120Hz.
In terms of photography, the Realme 12+ 5G is rumored to house a versatile triple rear camera setup, headlined by a powerful 50MP Sony LYT-600 primary sensor with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). This primary sensor is likely to be accompanied by an 8MP ultrawide lens and a 2MP macro lens. Additionally, the smartphone is anticipated to pack a robust 5,000mAh battery with 67W SuperVOOC fast charging support, a feature previously confirmed through the FCC database.
