What’s the Story?

PrabhasHanu is set against the backdrop of a turbulent pre-Independence India, focusing on a British Indian Army officer portrayed by Prabhas. The narrative reportedly draws inspiration from epic stories, with symbolic ties to the Mahabharata, as reflected through Sanskrit elements in the promotional material such as “Pandavapakshe Sansthit Karnah” (loosely, “Karna, who was on the side of the Pandavas”).

The film promises a tale of resilience and sacrifice — a battalion led by Prabhas’ character that “walks alone,” through the trials of war and personal struggles in a colonial landscape.

Star-Studded Cast

Prabhas is joined by a stellar ensemble, including veteran icons and fresh faces:

Imanvi Esmail as the female lead, gaining rapid fame from social media platforms for her charismatic presence.
Mithun Chakraborty, revered for his evergreen roles in Indian cinema.
Anupam Kher and Jaya Prada, two legendary artists offering depth and gravitas to the cast.

The film’s strong writing, action choreography, and VFX are expected to deliver a visually stunning cinematic experience.
