For the lovers of the Pokémon GO game, we are delighted to announce that there will be a Pokémon GO Community Day organized on November 5, 2023.
Pokémon GO brings November 2023 Community Day
The event is all about getting fun and bonuses for the game. The virtual events will take place at 17 centres across India. They are as follows:
- New Delhi’s Lodhi Gardens,
- Mumbai’s Horniman Circle Garden,
- Pune’s Saras Baug,
- Gurugram’s Leisure Valley Park,
- Jaipur’s Jawahar Circle,
- Bengaluru’s VR Mall in Mahadevpura, Kanpur’s Kargil Park,
- Vadodara’s Kamatibaug,
- Kolkata’s Lions Safari Park in Rabindra Sarovar Lake,
- Varanasi’s Shaheed Udyaan Nagar Nigam, Patna’s Science Center,
- Chennai’s Tower Park in Anna Nagar, Hyderabad’s Indira Park,
- Lucknow’s Lohia Park,
- Ahmedabad’s Gandhi Ashram, Thiruvananthapuram’s The Napier Museum
- Visakhapatnam’s All Abilities Children Park.
The Pokémons that will be featured are as below:
- Wooper, the Water Fish Pokémon,
- and Paldean Wooper, the Poison Fish Pokémon
Gamers who will participate in the virtual event can look forward to various bonuses.
Event Bonuses
- 2× Candy for catching Pokémon.
- 1/4 Hatch distance when eggs are placed in incubators during the event period.
- 2× chance for Trainers level 31 and up to receive Candy XL from catching Pokémon.
The Lure models activated by the players during the event will be valid for three hours.
Incense (excluding Daily Adventure Incense) activated during the event will last for three hours.
Trades will require 50% less Stardust.
One additional Special Trade can be made for a maximum of two for the day.*
*While most bonuses are only active during the three-hour event period, these bonuses will be active from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. local time (IST in India).
Bonus Raid Battles after Community Day
Date and Time: Sunday, November 5, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. local time (IST in India)
After the three-hour Community Day event ends, trainers will be able to take on special four-star Raid Battles. Claiming victory in one of these raids will cause more Wooper and Paldean Wooper to appear around the Gym that hosted the raid for 30 minutes!
Four-star Raid Battles
Wooper and Paldean Wooper will appear in four-star raids!
You can only join these raids using Raid Passes and Premium Battle Passes. Remote Raid Passes cannot be used to join these Raid Battles.
Bonus for completing four-star Raid Battles
Once you successfully complete a four-star Raid Battle against Wooper and Paldean Wooper, additional Wooper and Paldean Wooper will appear around the gym that hosted the raid for 30 minutes. If you’re lucky, you may encounter a Shiny one!*
* Wooper and Paldean Wooper that appear under these circumstances will have the same chance of appearing as a Shiny Pokémon as those that appear during October Community Day’s three-hour event period.
