Did you hear that there is a new PlayStation 5 Pro update surfacing on the internet platforms? If not, then don’t worry because you are not alone here.
That is why we have brought this guide to you and millions of others who want to stay updated with news regarding the new gaming console by Sony. Although till now we haven’t got any official word from the company, but there are so many rumours already.
So, it’s hard to believe that there is no successor of the PlayStation 5 or even an upgraded version. But on the same side, we also have to take everything with a pinch of salt. Hence, here we are going to carefully discuss about the PlayStation 5 Pro and the new update. So, let’s dive in.
PlayStation 5 Pro New Update
Earlier it was said that the PlayStation 5 Pro CPU can offer minimal improvements over the PlayStation 5. And it can bring more enhancements than anticipated with it.
Now, again in a new video shared by Moore’s Law is Dead some new information has been revealed regarding PlayStation 5 Pro. The video revealed that the PlayStation 5 Pro or yet–to–be–revealed console comes with some new and small updates.
These updates are based on the system and on the PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution upscaler. According to the leaker, the PlayStation 5 Pro will come with a Zen 2 CPU and 4nm CPU.
This will be denser and can provide more improvements in the console’s processor over the base model. The improvements include reduced power consumption, a smaller form factor, and better cost efficiency.
So, we can say that the PlayStation 5 Pro by Sony is going to be a hell of a good gaming console. However, we are not certain if these rumours will come out to be true or not. But if they did, or even some of them, then this can be good news to players.
Also, it is said the PlayStation 5 Pro with its system can be in smaller size than the PlayStation 5, even slimmer than the “Slim” revision of last year. Next, the video talked about the price of the PlayStation 5 Pro, which is set to be around $500.
In addition to these, the leaker also offered some new information on the PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution upscale. And according to it, it is not a fork of the upcoming AMD FSR 4 upscaler, and has been developed by Sony itself completely.
So, we can say that now it is interesting to see whether it will be a better solution when compared with AMD upscaler or not. However, here we should be optimistic and hope that soon we get the official announcement from Sony on PlayStation 5 Pro.
