Why Fans Are Hooked
What makes this scene land is the contrast — Cheon Yeo Ri isn’t a typical horror-drama damsel; she’s been calm and composed even face-to-face with danger, which is exactly why watching her go down feels so unsettling. It’s a smart twist for a drama that’s spent its early episodes leaning into supernatural comedy: the stakes are suddenly, unmistakably real.
