Samsung Galaxy A32 to launch in India in four different colours [Exclusive]

As exclusive it is the infamous leaker who has already shared another exclusive news claiming that the Samsung Galaxy A32 will launch in India soon. Samsung has already unveiled the Galaxy A32 5G a few days ago, the most affordable 5G handset to date. The overall design of the 4G model looks a lot similar to the Galaxy A32 5G. One major difference which we can notice is that the 5G version has a V-shaped notch whereas the 4G version possesses a U-shaped.

The leaker has also shared that there will be four different colour variants of this model which are: Awesome Black, Awesome Blue, Awesome Violet, and Awesome White. Most probably this will be the 4G version of the Samsung Galaxy A32. This is not been cleared by the tipster but as we know Samsung had only launched premium smartphones with 5G connectivity in India, so, this may be the reason that this model will be a 4G version.

As per reports, the Galaxy A32 4G will be powered by the MediaTek Helio G85 SoC paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage (expected). Regarding the display, this phone will have a 6.5-inch HD+ (720 x 1600 pixels) IPS LCD dewdrop panel.

Coming to its camera section, this phone will offer a quad rear camera setup that includes a 48MP f/1.8 primary sensor along with an 8MP f/2.2 ultra-wide sensor, a 5MP f/2.4 macro, and a 2MP f/2.4 depth sensor. For selfies, this phone will have a 13MP selfie snapper at the front. The Galaxy A32 4G will be fueled up by a big 5,000mAH battery with 15W of fast charging. In terms of connectivity, there will be everything except 5G.

The Samsung Galaxy A32 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 720, a budget 5G chipset (no information about the Android version used in it). This phone features a 6.5-inch HD+ Infinity-V display having a waterdrop notch. This phone has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

The MediaTek SoC of this phone is paired with 4GB/6GB/8GB of RAM (Unfortunately, Samsung Germany didn’t mention the RAM variants) and 64GB/128GB of internal storage (expandable up to 1TB). Coming to its camera section, this phone offers a quad rear camera setup that includes a 48MP f/1.8 primary sensor along with an 8MP f/2.2 ultra-wide sensor, a 5MP f/2.4 macro, and a 2MP f/2.4 depth sensor. For selfies, this phone flaunts a 13MP selfie snapper at the front.

The Galaxy A32 is fueled up by a big 5,000mAH battery with 15W of fast charging. For an excellent multimedia experience, this phone is equipped with Dolby Atmos Surround sound. This phone is available in four different color variants: Awesome Black, Awesome Blue, Awesome Violet, and Awesome White.

Dream11 could not hold on to the title sponsorship for the Indian Premier League’s 14th edition. The top fantasy company offered 250 Cr to VIVO, which VIVO denied to accept. But the positive aspect is according to BCCI’s understanding, Dream11 will continue to stay as the Official Fantasy Partner in IPL 2021.

Dream11 tried to hold on to the title sponsorship rights for IPL 2021 and even made a proffer to VIVO. But unfortunately, the deal could not eventuate as the offer of Rs 250 Cr per annum was lower than the expectations of position VIVO. Finally, Dream11 has decided to continue its earlier sponsorship position as Official Fantasy Partner of the mega T20 tournament.

As per the earlier reports, VIVO will resume staying as a title sponsor, and Dream11 will go back to its previous original position of IPL’s Official Fantasy Partner.

IPL Auction 2021 saw some massive biddings for some talented bunch of players.

BCCI will very soon announce its 5th Official IPL partner, GROWW, an online trading and wealth management company. GROWW is very near to sign a 3 year deal with IPL for Rs 45 Cr per annum, as per the reports available.

In addition to Dream11, BCCI also has finalized deals with Unacademy and CRED as their official partners. Also, Tata Motors who has concluded his 3 years of contract with IPL, is likely to extend the contract.

Meanwhile, as per the sources in BCCI, the league is also in talks with two other brands at this point. One of the top BCCI officials also said that if everything goes well, BCCI is anticipated to have the 6th Official Partner before IPL 2021.

Paul Pogba price is becoming a real concern for Manchester United fans, as well as the club themselves. United previously asked for €100 million flat when there was any talk of selling the player in the past. However, they have one year contract left for the player and the situation is yet to be decided. 

As much as rumours might dictate the transfer saga, €50 million will not be a number that clubs trying to sign Pogba will be willing to pay since it was publicly announced by his agent that he will be leaving the club on the eve of their Champions League exit. 

All that said, it is risky business that is taking place at the club and they will have to tread carefully to make the most out of the situation on their hands right now. Top players don’t have the impact that others have now. 

The real question is whether the financial side of things will be accepted by the bigger players in the game. The coronavirus pandemic has made things difficult for everybody on the planet, and the finances are not getting any easier. Paris Saint-Germain owner Nasser Al-Khelaifi has promised he will do everything in his power to keep the player at the club and has assured the player of the same too. Mbappe has laid down demands of a salary worth more than €25 million per season for a four year deal. 

Paris are planning to keep the player for as long as they possibly can to try and win the Champions League for good. Moreover, Leonardo and Al-Khelaifi are working together to keep the player and are really keen on it. The owner himself is involved, which justifies the significance of the issue to the club. 

The French Champions are confident that they will get past Barcelona, with the aggregate clearly favouring them due to the thumping 4-1 victory at Camp Nou. RABAT, Morocco, February 25, 2021/ — FIFA President Gianni Infantino concluded his visit to Morocco by thanking his highness, King Mohammed VI, the Moroccan government and Moroccan Football Association (FRMF) for their commitment and continuous support for the development of football in the country and beyond.

“I would like to thank everyone who has accompanied us on this visit, firstly his majesty King Mohammed VI, for his interest and passion for football, and for his support and ambition to grow the sport even further in Morocco,” the FIFA President said. “Without him, and without the support of both the government and everyone at the federation, this development would not be possible. We were able to discuss openly and to identify concretely the projects for the future development of not only Moroccan football, but of African football, and football across the world, especially as Morocco plays a pivotal role in the global game.”

While in Rabat, the FIFA President also had the opportunity to meet CAF presidential candidate Jacques Anouma, who is also visiting the country.

“I was very happy to have the chance to discuss with Jacques Anouma his plans for the future of African football and how can FIFA, CAF and the African member associations work together, hand in hand, to bring African football to the very top level it deserves to be,” the FIFA President said.

In recent days, during his trip to several African countries, the FIFA President has met with four candidates to for the upcoming CAF presidential elections, namely Jacques Anouma, Patrice Motsepe, Augustin Senghor and Ahmed Yahya.

The trip, which has spanned nine countries to date, will also include visits to Mali and Benin. A visit to Ivory Coast was also foreseen, but it will be rescheduled for a later occasion primarily because a meeting with head of state, President Alassane Ouattara, could not be facilitated on the originally planned date.

NBA releases schedule for the second half of the 2020-2021 season

With the NBA All-Star break rapidly approaching, and so is the end of the first half of the 2020-21 schedule. On Wednesday, the league officially released the second half of the regular season schedule. Starting after the All-Star break, the schedule will run through May 16. 

Previously, the league and its players had agreed to play a 72-game slate. Therefore the NBA only released the first half of the schedule, early December, in order to provide itself some flexibility for any games that had to be postponed because of teams dealing with various COVID-19 related issues. Around 29 games have been postponed.

The schedule is as follows:

  • March 5 to March 10 ‘ NBA All-Star break
  • March 10 to May 16 ‘ Second half of the regular season
  • May 18 to May 21 ‘ Play-in tournament
  • May 22 to July 22 ‘ Playoffs

In the second half, the San Antonio Spurs and Memphis Grizzlies have the most games to be played, with each having to cram 40 games into a 68-day stretch of the calendar. These two teams had their schedules hardest hit by the coronavirus pandemic. Additionally, the Indiana Pacers, Chicago Bulls, Charlotte Hornets, Phoenix Suns and Portland Trail Blazers also have more than half of their 72-game schedules still to play after the All-Star break. The Houston Rockets and Dallas Mavericks are scheduled to play 38 games apiece in the second half. On the other hand are the Los Angeles Clippers, who will have just 34 games to be played in a 67-day period.

The play-in tournament scheduled from May 18 to 21 will feature the teams that finish from seventh through 10th in the Western and Eastern conferences playing for the final two playoff spots on each side of the bracket.

In the first games of the play-in tournament, the seventh seed will host the eighth seed in each conference, with the winner of each conference’s game receiving one playoff spot. Then, the losers of those first games will host either the ninth or 10th seed in their respective conference — depending which of the lowest seeds wins the games played between those two teams — for the second playoff spot.

The second half of the season will start with a pair of games on March 10: Wizards at Grizzlies (8 p.m. ET) and the Spurs at Mavericks (8:30 p.m. ET on NBA TV).

We are a few days away from the launch of the Redmi Note 10 series to come to the Indian market. The launch date was first leaked in the second week of February and later, officially confirmed during the third week. In case you still don’t know, the launch of the Redmi Note 10 series is scheduled for 4th March via Amazon India.

As per the leaks, there will be four models Redmi Note 10 4G | 5G, and Redmi Note 10 Pro 4G | 5G. The Redmi Note 10 4G spotted on the Geekbench with Snapdragon 662 SoC paired with 4GB/6GB/8GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB/256GB internal storage.

The company now confirms its key camera specification. The new official image describes the Note 10 series will have a 108MP flagship camera sensor, for the first time in the Redmi lineup. However, as it’s not clear all the models under the Note 10 series will have the same sensor or it will be assigned for the Pro variants. The second one is logically physible for most of the tech enthusiasts for now.

Alongside, the MD of Xiaomi India, Mr. Manu Kumar Jain shared with his social media followers that the upcoming Redmi Note 10 series will have the smallest notch ever among the Redmi handsets. He is also hopeful that the notch cut-out could be the smallest one in India. Mr. Manu is very confident that the notch is soo small that we’ll “barely notice”.

Lenovo ThinkPad X13 Yoga gets a powerful update

Its been a frenzy of updates coming out of the manufacturing department of Lenovo, which boasts of being the world’s largest PC manufacturer. This time it’s the Lenovo ThinkPad X13 Yoga which is getting a powerful upgrade.

Last year the company released the X13 Yoga, which was powered by the Intel Comet Lake-U Core i7-10510U. but the new Lenovo ThinkPad X13 Yoga Gen 2 will come with a Tiger Lake upgrade and all its goodies.

The ThinkPad X13 Yoga Gen 2i, as mentioned above, is powered by Intel 11th gen Tiger Lake vPro processor and integrated Iris Xe graphics with up to 32 GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 2 TB NVMe storage.

According to sources, the machine is just 100 g lighter compared to the previous generation. It offers a 16:10 13.3-inch display in WUXGA (1,920 x 1,200) and WQXGA (2,560 x 1,600) resolutions. The brightness options range from 300 nits to 500 nits with the 500 nits panel being PrivacyGuard-enabled.

The ThinkPad X13 Yoga Gen 2 also offers several other privacy-focused ThinkShield features including a Match-on-Chip fingerprint reader, which doubles as the power button, hybrid IR camera, and Human Presence Detection that work in conjunction with the vPro features in the new Tiger Lake processors.

Connectivity options include:

  • 2x Thunderbolt 4 ports
  • 1x USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A
  • 1x HDMI 2.0-out
  • a combo audio jack

Networking features include Wi-Fi 6 and LTE connectivity. The machine comes with a 52.8 Whr battery that keeps the device running for up to 12.3 hours. The battery can be charged via USB Type-C 65 W rapid charging.

The Catalonian giants, FC Barcelona’s presidential candidate Joan Laporta, have finally announced the list of names that will join him in his sporting project if he wins the elections. Rafael Yuste, who would take over as vice-president and Laporta as President, has revealed that two important additions will be made to their project in a press conference.

The duo also announced that former Barcelona goalkeeper Victor Valdes would join his list of staff along with Mateu Alemany. Valdes, who has spent a scintillating career at FC Barcelona and was also briefly involved with the U19 team as a youth coach, will now make a return to the club if Laporta wins the election.

Yuste also mentioned that Alemany would be a significant addition to the club due to his wide knowledge of football: “Alemany has an enormous knowledge of football at all levels. We will be happy to have him if Laporta wins the elections.”

Ahead of this, Mateu Alemany’s previous position was that of general manager at Valencia. He soon, in 2017, took charge of the club’s reconstruction and helped them qualify for the UEFA Champions League back to back two years in a row.

Yuste also zealously recalled the club’s success under Laporta’s erstwhile tenure at the club and expressed their wish to bring back the club’s legend Carles Puyol as well: “Barcelona succeeded greatly during Laporta’s era. To do that again. we need to recover the values, those represented by Carles Puyol, whom we also want back at the club.”

“When Laporta says that he believes Messi will continue, it’s because he knows it,” Yuste further added, commenting upon Lionel Messi’s continuation with the club.

Laporta is the most favourite candidate to win the elections, which are set up for the 7th of March. Under Laporta, the fond memories come back for Blaugrana fans. If he again wins the election, the optimism would touch the sky.
