ICC No.1 ODI batter and No.1 Test bowler over the years

ICC Player ranking is important in every year as it recognizes the hard work of cricketers. The system ranks the performance of international cricketers using a Points base system.

The players are rated on the Scale of 0 to 1000 points. If a cricketer’s performance is better than the previous year, his points are increased but if the performance is poor, their points decrease. It’s a dream for all the batters and bowlers to make it to the top of the ICC ranking table but only a few can make it happen.

In this article let’s have a look at the No.1 ODI batter and No.1 test bowler over the years:

Best XI of 2022 in World Football

0

Football doesn’t really follow the calendar, but 2022 is now at an end. And in this article, we will take a look at the best XI of 2022, featuring some of the players that impressed all throughout the year.

Best XI of 2022: Who makes the line-up?

GK: Thibaut Courtois (Real Madrid)

The Belgian was given the Yashin Trophy for his performance in 2021/22, and he was one of the key players behind Real Madrid‘s La Liga and UCL title wins last year. His performances between the sticks have continued to be essential for Los Blancos this season too.

RB: Achraf Hakimi (PSG)

The Moroccan was outstanding in PSG’s league title win last year, and has carried over the form to this campaign. Moreover, the miraculous World Cup run with Morocco also helped establish him as the best right-back in the world right now.

CB: Gosko Gvardiol (RB Leipzig)

The Croatian was outstanding throughout the World Cup, and also helped RB Leipzig win their first-ever trophy in the DFB Pokal. At only 20, Gvardiol is showing immense potential to develop into an elite defender down the line.

CB: Virgil Van Dijk (Liverpool)

After a quiet 2021, Van Dijk is back to his best. While he might not have been able to win the UCL with Liverpool, he still won the FA Cup and Carabao Cup with the Reds. As a result, he is the second central defender in the best XI of 2022.

LB: Theo Hernandez (AC Milan)

Hernandez was one of the most important players for AC Milan as they reclaimed the Serie A title. He was also very influential in France’s bid to defend their World Cup title, and is arguably the most in-form left-back in the world right now.

CM: Luka Modric (Real Madrid)

Despite being 37 years old, Modric is bossing the midfield like people a decade younger than him. He helped Real Madrid win their 14th UCL and the La Liga title, while also earning third place in the World Cup with the national team.

CDM: Casemiro (Real Madrid/Manchester United)

Although the Brazilian struggled a bit in getting adjusted to Manchester United, he is now showing exactly why the Red Devils signed him. The maestro of physical midfield is now one of the top midfielders in England, after conquering Spain.

RM: Lionel Messi (PSG)

What a revival Messi has had after last year. The Argentine is one of the most deserving players in the best XI of 2022, especially after completing football with the World Cup trophy in Qatar.

ST: Erling Haaland (Borussia Dortmund/Manchester City)

With 21 goals in 15 games, Haaland has been nothing short of phenomenal since his arrival in England. After making the switch from Dortmund this summer, the City number 9 is without a doubt the best in his position, finding the back of the net every week.

ST: Karim Benzema (Real Madrid)

Benzema won his maiden Ballon d’Or on the back of a season which saw him emerge as a talisman for Real Madrid. His all-round performance in attack has helped him have the season of his life, alongside the recognition that he deserves so much.

LM: Kylian Mbappe (PSG)

Although he fell short of a second World Cup title, Mbappe has been proving why he is one of the best in the world with his display in big games. The France star was remarkable at the World Cup, and scored a hat-trick in the finals. Moreover, he also won the Ligue 1 Golden Boot last campaign, and is still in the running for a debut Champions League title this time around.

AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT review: The Decoy effect

0

The Red team has already launched the Radeon RX 7900 series for some time now consisting of the $899 priced Radeon RX 7900 XT and the absolute flagship Radeon RX 7900 XTX that should retail for $999 but cannot be found. While we have reviewed the latter and found out to be an amazing card in terms of raw 4K performance but essentially lacks the ray tracing performance when you compare it against the RTX 4080.

Now, obviously, anyone and everyone will go for the flagship card by paying $999 GPU which has made the RX 7900 XTX rare but if you find the same it makes no sense to buy the RX 7900 XT unless AMD reduces prices in future.

So, suppose you get this RX 7900 XT for cheap and you think of actually buying, here is our review suggesting the complete performance of the GPU and whether it’s worth buying or not:

AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT review: The Decoy effect

Specifications of AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT

AMD’s new Radeon RX 7900 XT and RX 7900 XTX GPUs have a pretty similar design with almost the same dimensions when you compare with the RX 6900 XT reference GPU from last year but with that black accent which makes it look much more masculine.

On the other hand, when you compare both the two new AMD GPUs, the flagship RX 7900 XTX is a tad bit fat and heavy thanks to more memory as well as transistors, and the RX 7900 XT feels more of an RX 6800 XT in terms of weight. Both have triple fans and now with increased thermal limits, these AMD GPUs can be pushed further.

AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT review: The Decoy effect

While the AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX draws 350W of power ideally and nearly goes about 450W during gaming, its brother RX 7900 XT draws only 315W. Sporting up to 84 CUs based on the new RDNA3 architecture, this card has a lesser boost clock speed of up to 2400MHz.

The GPU features up to 5376 stream processors, a 20GB GDDR6 memory with up to 20Gbps speeds, this results in an effective memory bandwidth of 800GB/s and finally results in a whopping 52TFLOPs of peak single precision performance. Again, there is very minimal improvement in the number of Ray Accelerators but we now have 6 Shader Engines, a memory bandwidth of up to 960 GB/s alongside AV1 Decode/Encode support.

Test Config Specifications:

  • Motherboard: GIGABYTE Z690 UD AX WIFI Motherboard
  • CPUIntel Core i7-12700KF
  • RAM: 32GB (2X16) Corsair Vengeance Performance DDR5 Memory
  • Primary SSD: Western Digital SN850 500GB PCIe Gen 4 SSD
  • Secondary/Game SSD: 480GB Crucial SATA SSD, WD Green 960GB SATA SSD
  • Power Supply: Antec HCG-1000-EXTREME PSU
  • GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT
  • CPU Cooler: DEEPCOOL GAMMAXX L360 ARGB
  • CabinetCooler Master MasterBox K501L
  • OS: Microsoft Windows 11 Pro
AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT review: The Decoy effect

Productivity

While not many will actually use this AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT primarily for productivity work but with 20GB GDDR6 memory, it could be a nice gaming/productivity option. But does it stand against the RTX 4080? Well, here in terms of mature productivity numbers NVIDIA has taken the lead in the last few years but AMD isn’t bad though if you get the GPU for cheap.

Here are the synthetic benchmarks for your reference to give you a better idea of how this card performs for professional work:

  • AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT review: The Decoy effect
  • Screenshot 920 AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT review: The Decoy effect

  • AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT review: The Decoy effect
  • AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT review: The Decoy effect
  • AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT review: The Decoy effect

As you see in the benchmarks, in some of them both the RX 7900 XT and XTX GPUs have very close performance while in some you have a 10-15% difference. So, essentially here to spend a few extra bucks on the RX 7900 XTX makes better sense and it’s needless to say the RX 7900 XT is a decoy card only.

Now, if you are the creator and need the best performance, these days NVIDIA GPUs are better in terms of rendering speeds and content creation, so, spending on an RTX 4090 for the long run is a better investment to be honest if you ask me from the productivity standpoint. However, if someone gets two RX 7900 XTX for $1998 could indeed be more powerful, so, this is completely up to you.

Gaming

The main attraction of this $899 GPU is the gaming performance and talking about that this graphics card is up to 10-15% slower than the RX 7900 XTX. Be it any game you take the 4K gaming performance is really impressive and when you compare it against the last-gen, the improvement is decent.

Here are some gaming benchmarks in 15 of the most demanding titles which will give you a better idea about the raw performance you can expect from this graphics card:

  • World War Z_Core i7-12700KF + RX 7900 XT_TechnoSports.co.in

As you see in most of the high-end games like Control, Unchartered, and Watch Dogs Legion, this Radeon RX 7900 XT performs quite well but somewhat less than the RX 7900 XTX. For anyone who wants to enjoy 4K gaming comfortably without stressing about the ray tracing numbers, then this GPU is a serious one you should indeed consider.

So, why we haven’t included the data of other GPUs and the RTX 4080? Well, we are planning for a mega comparison between the RX 7900 XTX, RX 7900 XT and RTX 4080, so do follow us if you wanna see that detailed comparison.

Cyberpunk 2077_Core i7-12700KF + RX 7900 XT_TechnoSports.co.in

Talking about ray tracing performance, the best game to use for comparison has to be Cyberpunk 2077, which even in 2022 is a hard game to even touch 4K 60 FPS at Ray Tracing set to Ultra. In this game, the GPU was able to give decent numbers when ray tracing was not used but when RT was turned on there is a huge drop in performance, especially at High or Ultra preset making the game really unplayable.

So, in those cases, you will require FSR to help you, but we expected better results from AMD especially when you compare with the RTX 40-series which has slightly better ray tracing performance. If someone wants to enjoy a ray-traced performance at 4K should probably opt for the RTX 4080 which we also reviewed recently.

While we would love this RX 7900 XT’s price to drop to $799 maybe sometime later and only then buying this GPU would actually make sense. However, though the gaming performance is good for most triple-A titles but doesn’t guarantee 100FPS+ in all games like the RX 7900 XTX does at 4K Max settings.

AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT review: The Decoy effect

Verdict

Now, let’s cut to the chase, should you buy this $899 priced AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT over its brother flagship? Well, no if you are getting the RX 7900 XTX for a slightly more price and that will be a good decision because for just a few extra bucks who wouldn’t like to have a 10-15% better performance?

This GPU is nothing but a decoy card from AMD to make the RX 7900 XTX a better buy and that is pretty intentional. So, while we reviewers get two cards to review, personally, I will surely be more inclined towards the flagship and so are the people, now, to be very honest recommending this decoy card is very stupid unless its price decreases over time.

It’s not that this RX 7900 XT is a bad GPU though, with good 4K performance, it too is a flagship of its kind and has improved a lot compared to the older RX 6000 series. However, in terms of price-to-performance ratio, it somewhere lags behind and after knowing all this I will keep the choice to you if you want to buy this GPU or not.

Luis Suarez has joined Brazil-based club Gremio as a free agent, as confirmed by the team on their social media accounts. The player has been without a team since leaving his boyhood club, Nacional, in November.

The Uruguayan scored eight goals in 14 games as he helped them win the league title, before ending his spell with them. Now, he has a new challenge to take on with his debut expected right from the start of the season.

Luis Suarez joins Gremio officially

“2023 is coming and, with it, Luis Suarez! The Uruguayan striker is the new #ReforçoTricolor for next season’s challenges. One of the biggest in world football (playing) in the biggest (team) in the South,” Gremio said on Twitter.

The striker has signed a two-year deal until 2024, and has been officially presented as a new signing. He will be donning the number 9 jersey, as he has done for most of the clubs he has played for.

The veteran made a name for himself while playing for Barcelona, Liverpool, Atletico Madrid, Ajax and Groningen in Europe. His spell there ended with his exit from Atletico, and he ended up joining Nacional.

Several MLS clubs were also keen on signing the player, but they have been beaten to his signature by Gremio.

The makers of Dying Light 2 have come with an exciting update for 2023. The Dying Light is one of the most grown games in recent years. The journey started in 2015, at that time no one has imagined what is going to be, and it has taken 6 years to get an actual sequel. As a part of reason, this is due to the immense turnout for the first Dying Light. From the gamer’s side, Dying Light 2 got a positive response, that doubled down the Techland. It takes years to bring major updates in this game having such ways to experience the game.

Dying

For Dying Light 2, there is no such exception as the developer has confirmed years of post-launch support for the game, we can’t deny that 2022 was a great year for games, and we are expecting 2023, will be bigger than this, with exciting updates. The franchise has posted a new video in which the director Tymon Smektala, confirmed that the developer is going to launch a massive nighttime experience, they will also include some co-op improvements with such things as co-op progression that can save and many more. Smektala also said for more updates we have to wait for some time at least the first anniversary of the game which will be on 4th February 2022.

If you are a fan of Dying Light 2, there are many more of it coming its way. With time the developer will expose it to the fans. After the recent updates, we can say that the game is on the track and going to boost the excitement. The nighttime experience of the first game is more intense, and terrible than the second game, this is great because the game is under improvement with the co-op development.

She-Hulk: Attorney at Law: Reason for Secrecy

For years, the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe franchise has been known for its mesmerizing storyline and spoilers, at the point while the uncountable cast members joked about this secrecy. Accidentally, some glimpses have been highlighted for the Chargin the president of Marvel Studios Kevin Feige.

During a press conference, Feige said,” The unfortunate truth is you don’t, and therefore you need to make sure that the experience itself works, regardless of what has been spoiled or not,” also added

“We still do as good a job as we can and I think a lot of people are getting good at not spreading it. You know somebody steals something, don’t spread it around because it just potentially lessens the experience, but in a lot of ways, No Way Home showed that it did not lessen the experience, so we will continue to do the best we can, but the most important thing is delivering the movie or the show that delivers regardless of what you know going in.”

She-Hulk: Attorney at Law: Renewal Status

She-Hulk will become the next appearance of the MCU with the second season of She-Hulk or with another project. Maslany recently told ComicBook.com about the ambiguity of where the character might visit next going to excite her.

In an interview, Maslany said,” I mean, it’s really the thing that drew me in the first place, which was — I did not expect this,” she also added,” I didn’t expect this character. I didn’t expect where she goes. I didn’t expect these little weird moments that she gets to… So for me, it’s really about being like surprised, you know? ‘Cause, she’s so irreverent. So if I’m expecting or if I want a certain thing, likely the best option is to do the exact opposite.”

The first season, not She-Hulk: Attorney at Law is now streaming on Disney+.

Deathloop actor says that there is something new in development for the Game

0

Deathloop, Arkane Lyon’s time-loop-themed first-person shooter game, has been out for about a year and a half. It wasn’t a big commercial smash, like most of the studio’s games, but it was a big hit with critics and core gamers. It also received numerous accolades at last year’s The Game Awards, including Best Game Direction and Best Art Direction.

A fresh rumour started inadvertently by Colt Vahn voice actor Jason Kelley may indicate that a Deathloop DLC or sequel is already in the works. Kelley appeared in a video chat hosted by Streamily last month, and he was joined by Ozioma Akagha, who played Colt’s nemesis Julianna Blake.

Kelley was asked during the interview if he remembered the code names Arkane used for Deathloop auditions.

He responded that both actors were still working under those code names before suddenly realising that he shouldn’t have revealed this information.

Yes. I can’t say them because they’re still sometimes hiring us under the code names. Did I just say something I shouldn’t have said?

For her part, Ozioma Akagha took the smart way out.

I am the…what’s his name, Spider-Man, he plays Spider-Man….Yeah, I’m the Tom Holland of everything. They don’t tell me anything because I don’t know how to shut up. So, I don’t know anything about anything.

In the past, the first Dishonored game received two story-based DLCs, The Knife of Dunwall and The Brigmore Witches. Dishonored: Death of the Outsider, on the other hand, was released as a standalone expansion after the second game. Arkane Austin’s Prey also had two expansions (Mooncrash and Typhon Hunter), however neither offered new story beats.
