Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra Design Overhaul Leaked

Now that Samsung has managed to launch big products at its most recent Unpacked event, and the new hardware is in people’s hands, eyes have been diverted from today to what’s next for this Galaxy S25 range. All signs point to Samsung placing an emphasis on the smartphone’s design, as noted in previous rumors that anticipate rounded corners being a key feature. That last part could point to more design changes with the Galaxy S25 Ultra, a new leak suggests.

More About the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra Design

Now, after the launch of the Galaxy Z Flip and Fold 6 a few days back, users are curious about the Galaxy S25 series. Samsung is keen to show that it listens to user feedback and plans to address these issues with the new S series.

According to the latest rumors, Samsung could be working on a complete design change for the Galaxy S25 Ultra after customers posted their grievances about sharp edges and flat display that made holding them even more difficult with the Galaxy S24 series. The square edges on the Galaxy S24 Ultra are sharp and make it uncomfortable to hold, users have complained.

While recent reports suggest Samsung has listened to these concerns, and there will be changes for the Galaxy S25 Ultra. A Twitter leakster Ice Universe stated that the sharp edges of the Galaxy S24 Ultra would be abandoned for rounded corners a couple of days ago, supporting new information.

The hint in this leak is that the Galaxy S25 Ultra has an asymmetrical frame, which may make it extra comfortable to grip with one hand for long periods of time without causing forearm strain. The back will be curved back further, yet the front may also still have a flatter face with some narrower side border. The frame around the middle will be slimmer than on previous devices and with smaller hinges, making it more comfortable to hold and giving it a sleeker appearance.

Based on the leak, it will be 8.4mm thick compared to its predecessor’s 8.6 mm. Former rumors have suggested that the S25 Ultra would keep its same camera sensors with no loss of features or resolution, despite it being trimmer.

By focusing on these intricate details, Samsung aims to improve not only the visual appeal of the device but also address users’ dissatisfaction with the predecessor, which was perceived as too wide and uncomfortable to hold. Although the smartphone’s release is still some time away, users are eagerly anticipating the design upgrades and rear camera improvements promised for the Galaxy S25 Ultra.

Unreleased NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 10 GB GPU Spotted: Features 7168 Cores & 21 Gbps GDDR6X Memory

0

NVIDIA’s upcoming GeForce RTX 4070 10 GB GPU has been spotted at the Chinese reseller, Goofish, featuring the AD104-275 chip. There was a lot expected of several different configurations for the gaming graphics card before NVIDIA finally introduced its GeForce RTX 4070 GPU. An example of this kind of configuration would include an AD104-275 GPU paired with 10 GB memory. It turns out that this specific configuration was obviously in the works, as a board-partner-only graphics card is making its way to the market.

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070

More About the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 10 GB GPU

@Harukaze5719 discovered this NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 graphics card uses an unknown AD104-275 GPU die with 7168 cores, 224 TMUs, and 80 ROPs built. The original part from a year later is exactly what this core configuration suggests; the GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER. This card features clock speeds set at 2355 MHz base and 2520 MHz boost, which are much higher than the RTX 4070 and RTX 4070 SUPER models currently on the market. That works out to 22% more cores than the original RTX 4070.

In the memory front, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 GPU (unreleased) is configured with a slower 10 GB of VRAM along with a narrower bus interface at just 160-bit. While the memory modules support speeds up to 21 Gbps, providing up to 420.2 GB/s of bandwidth, this is lower than the 504.2 GB/s bandwidth and 12 GB VRAM offered by retail RTX 4070 and RTX 4070 SUPER cards. The graphics card operates on the “95.04.2E.00.01” BIOS and has a Device ID of “10DE 2785 – 10DE 16F8”.

The PCB design is much the same as that of the reference Founders Edition graphics cards with a circular cut-out to the rear. The card includes 5 GDDR6X memory dies and the chance for eight total. Accordingly, power is delivered by means of a single 16-pin connector and a 10-phase. It also features three DisplayPort (DP) ports and a HDMI output. This discovery speaks to how prepared NVIDIA is likely to turn up at launch with extensive pre-screening of potential configs to see what works best for the street.

2025 Bajaj Pulsar ADV Spied Testing Again – Unveiling New Details

0

A revolutionary and fastest-selling Indian bike, the all-new Freedom 125 CNG motorcycle is generating heat in India now. On the other hand, Bajaj is also creating quite a buzz around an incoming Pulsar styled on similar lines as that of an ADV motorcycle and this new adventure tourer from Bajaj has been spied yet another time with some fresh insights.

The Upcoming 2025 Bajaj Pulsar ADV

Even when we consider Bajaj’s current lineup, it is clear that the company does not have an adventure tourer or even a pseudo-fake ADV. As ADV and ADV-style bikes are the new flavor of the day Bajaj is entering this segment once again. Though Bajaj has tried something similar in the past with its Pulsar AS series (Adventure Sports) adventure-style motorcycles which have since been discontinued due to lackluster sales, the company is looking at a revival of sorts for such models.

This is the second time that the Pulsar ADV (Adventure) styled motorcycle was seen in as many days and auto enthusiast Irfan Khan has posted new images of a sighting captured somewhere near Lonavala. The spy shot is taken from the exhaust side of the bike and offers some unique details about its profile. By and large, the spied Bajaj Pulsar ADV bears a resemblance to the Pulsar NS series which suggests that Bajai may well choose its tested and tried base for their upcoming adventure bike on similar lines with a perimeter frame coupled with a box-section swingarm.

The biggest change however seen is in a newly designed front seat, the rider gets noticeably scooped out for lowering height and this has now become a standard affair across all high-riding ADV motorcycles. The split-design seat appears to offer ample room, complementing the muscular fuel tank adorned with beefy tank shrouds. On the other hand, no bikini fairing or tall windscreen as seen on Pulsar AS Bajaj have been omitted. The tail section appears eerily similar to that of the Pulsar NS family.

The tail lights aren’t any different, while the grab rail adopts a single-piece design instead of the NS’s split design. The headlight has an ADV appearance with a beak-like extension front projection. The only visible element of the upcoming Bajaj Pulsar ADV is the USD telescopic front forks, which with rear disc brakes and a skinny set of tires, indicate a heavy front suspension setup likely to be found on a 125cc motorcycle.

via ackoDrive

The heavy look of the suspension around the font suggests may be rocky covers similar to the ones seen on the Freedom 125 the CNG-fueled motorcycle. Therefore, RSU telescopic forks with thick covers are to be expected.

Given that Bajaj’s 125cc Pulsar models are top sellers, expanding this category to include an ADV-style motorcycle could be a strategic move. Anticipated features and components include LED headlights, LED tail lights, a fully digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth support, a USB charging port, a rear mono-shock suspension setup, 17-inch alloy wheels at both ends, and a front disc brake.

Powertrain-wise, the upcoming Bajaj Pulsar ADV is likely to adopt a similar setup as the Pulsar NS125, offering around 12 PS of peak power and 11 Nm of peak torque. This would include a 5-speed gearbox, air-cooled engine, underbelly exhaust setup, and options for kick and self-start mechanisms.

FAQs

What platform is Bajaj likely using for the upcoming ADV-style Pulsar?

Bajaj appears to be basing the ADV-style Pulsar on the Pulsar NS platform, known for its perimeter frame and box-section swingarm.

What features can we expect from the 2025 Bajaj Pulsar ADV?

Anticipated features include LED headlights, a fully digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth support, a USB charging port, rear mono-shock suspension, and front disc brake, among others.

Samsung leads the Global smartphone with 20% market share in Q2 2024

Samsung leads the Global smartphone in Q2 2024. In Q2, Samsung topped the rankings with a 20 percent share of shipments, followed by Apple (15.8 percent) and Xiaomi (14.8 percent).

The research group claims that global shipments increased for the fourth straight quarter as smartphone manufacturers turn to artificial intelligence (AI) to win over price-conscious customers and increase their market share.

Samsung leads the Global smartphone with 20% market share in Q2 2024

In the meantime, companies like Vivo, which includes iQOO, and Xiaomi, which has Poco, have steadily increased their market share. Apple and Samsung have both been able to hold onto their earlier positions. The market is anticipated to expand overall in 2024 at a rate of 4%.

The rivalry from growing brands like Huawei, HONOR, Motorola, and Transsion group brands has caused the market share of individual brands to decrease despite the overall rise. The top 10 brands hold 90% of the market, but even more names, like TECNO and HONOR, are gaining traction in new areas. Huawei’s re-entry into the Chinese market is claimed to have had a great effect.

Credit: Counterpoint (Samsung leads the Global smartphone with 20% market share in Q2 2024)

The top five brands with the quickest rate of growth in Q2 was Xiaomi, up 22%. In Q2, Xiaomi’s net ~2% share YoY increase was facilitated by a reduced product range, a greater premium push, and the success of the Redmi 13 and Note 13 series. In Q2, Vivo also beat the market and won the top spot in China and India, the two largest smartphone markets worldwide.

Completing the top five was OPPO, which trailed closely behind Vivo. OPPO hopes to match its strategy with premiumization and boost profitability by introducing more handsets in the mid-to-higher price range. In the near run, this decision might cause problems for market shares, but it could also improve the brand’s profitability.

Realme Watch S2 expected to launch alongside 13 Pro Series

After being unavailable for almost 4 years, the Realme Watch S2 returns in 2024. Ishan Agarwal, a frequent leaker, claims that the second version will resemble the first one quite a bit, albeit it might try to look more expensive with a new band composed of metal links.

The Realme Watch S2 is now expected to debut on stage with the 13 Pro smartphones on July 20, 2024, so that cosmetic update may fit nicely with the 13 Pro series. However, the features that have leaked thus far are nothing new.

Realme Watch S2 rumored details and some expected features

The new smartwatch will only be available in limited quantities, with an emphasis on the Indian market, according to a story in Business Today quoting Realme’s Francis Wong. Francis went on to say, “Our research suggests that Indian consumers are especially open to our IoT offerings.”

To be fair, the first Watch S didn’t include Bluetooth calling or Bluetooth audio, but that was four years ago. Nevertheless, the package offers standard sports and health tracking features.

Fitness and health tracking capabilities are among the features that are expected, according to the Watch S2 package. It also adds several new features, such as audio support and Bluetooth calling. Since the original Watch S was introduced four years ago without these features, these enhancements amount to a major advance.

A button and a digital crown are expected features of the watch, based on the design. This looks fancier than the average Realme watch, too, given the metal link wrist strap. Though it’s probably still not a Wear OS gadget.

Realme appears prepared to compete in this dynamic industry once more, based on its re-entry into the smartwatch space.

Positioned as a more affordable sibling to the OnePlus Nord CE 4 5G, this new model targets users in the competitive 20K segment. As we all know, the Nord CE Lite series is an entry-level OnePlus device and has been a best-seller for the company for years now.

However, the Rs. 20k segment is heating up with the entry of iQOO, CMF, Lava, and others, so, users are getting more choices in the same range. Let’s dive into the key features, design, display, OS, performance, camera capabilities, and battery life to see how the Nord CE 4 Lite stacks up against the competition:

OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite 5G Review: Affordable Excellence in the Mid-Range Segment

Key Features of OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite 5G

  • AMOLED Display: 6.67-inch with 120Hz refresh rate
  • Processor: Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC
  • Camera Setup: 50MP Sony LYT-600 primary sensor
  • Battery: 5,500mAh with 80W fast charging
  • Operating System: OxygenOS 14.0 based on Android 14
OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite 5G Review: Just About Perfect!

Design: Sleek and Sturdy

The OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite 5G maintains the clean, modern aesthetic typical of the Nord series. Featuring a plastic build with an aluminium frame, the phone feels sturdy in hand, though the rounded edges may not provide the most comfortable grip. Our review unit came in this unique Ultra Orange variant that looks great and enhances the style appeal.

The device sports a dual-camera setup housed in a thin cylindrical frame on the back, and the front is dominated by an all-screen design with a punch-hole camera. The power button and volume rockers are conveniently located on the right, and the SIM tray is on the left. The bottom edge houses a 3.5mm headphone jack, a Type-C USB port, and a speaker grille.

Display: Vivid and Smooth

The OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite 5G‘s 6.67-inch AMOLED display is a significant upgrade from its predecessor which used to feature LCD. With a resolution of 1,080×2,400 pixels and a pixel density of 394 ppi, the screen is sharp and vibrant. The 120Hz refresh rate ensures smooth scrolling and responsiveness, making everyday interactions pleasant and fluid.

Supporting 100% sRGB and Display P3 color gamuts, the display excels in various lighting conditions, thanks to its impressive 2,100 nits peak brightness. Certified for HD playback on Amazon Prime Video and Netflix, this display is perfect for media consumption. I enjoyed watching YouTube and Netflix continuously and there’s obvious improvement screen quality than its predecessor.

Operating System: Up-to-date and Reliable

Shipping with OxygenOS 14.0 based on Android 14, the Nord CE 4 Lite 5G promises a seamless and intuitive user experience. OnePlus guarantees two years of major Android OS updates, ensuring the device remains up-to-date with the latest features and security improvements.

However, this time I noticed four bloatware games pre-installed this time and is quite surprising to see from OnePlus. Also, there were LinkedIn and Fitbit pre-installed as well.

Performance: Dependable but Unchanged

Powered by the same old Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC, the Nord CE 4 Lite 5G offers decent performance for everyday tasks. Available in two storage configurations—8GB of RAM with either 128GB or 256GB of internal storage—the device handles multitasking with ease. The Adreno 619 GPU supports moderate to high-quality gaming, though you might experience occasional frame rate drops in demanding titles.

OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite 5G Review: Just About Perfect!

In GeekBench tests, the device achieved a single-core score of 910 and a multi-core score of 2087, indicating reliable performance for its price range. While the processor remains unchanged from its predecessor, it still delivers a satisfactory user experience.

OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite 5G Review: Just About Perfect!

Camera: Quality Over Quantity

The OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite 5G features a 50MP Sony LYT-600 primary sensor, a departure from the 108MP sensor in the previous model. This change, however, improves image quality, particularly in low-light conditions. The camera setup is complemented by a 2MP depth sensor, which doesn’t make a lot of sense, rather an ultra-wide camera could have really been useful.

Photos captured with this device exhibit excellent color reproduction and good saturation. The new sensor improves light capture, making low-light photography more feasible. Selfies taken with the 16MP front camera look natural, and the portrait mode excels in edge detection.

Audio & Connectivity: Massive Improvement

The OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite 5G now features dual stereo speakers, that not only improve the sound output but also the quality of the audio as well. Gone are the days when you could barely listen with the single speaker on its predecessor, now, you can boost the audio up to 300%, making the phone a powerhouse in terms of media consumption.

In terms of connectivity, I faced no issues while using my primary Jio 5G sim on this phone and overall, in terms of Bluetooth and other connectivity features, the phone should very well suffice you.

Battery: Long-lasting with Fast Charging

With a 5,500mAh battery, the OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite 5G ensures all-day power with moderate usage. The 80W fast charging capability is a standout feature, allowing the phone to charge fully in just 40-50 minutes. While extended use can cause some heating, the overall battery performance is impressive.

Verdict: A Balanced Mid-Range Contender

The OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite 5G positions itself as a balanced and affordable mid-range option. Its vibrant AMOLED display, solid camera performance, and long-lasting battery make it a compelling choice in the 20k segment. Apart from having an old SoC, this phone almost checks all the boxes you could ask for in a budget phone.

While an upgraded processor would have enhanced its appeal, the device still delivers reliable performance and excellent value for money. Starting at ₹19,999, the Nord CE 4 Lite 5G is a strong contender for budget-conscious users seeking quality and reliability.
