Oppo Reno 14 5G Series Teased in India, Launch Expected Soon

Oppo has officially confirmed that the Reno 14 5G series is launching soon in India. The brand teased the forthcoming launch on its official handle on X (formerly Twitter), although no word on an exact release date just yet. The teaser only says “coming soon,” but we know from previous leaks that the series will enter in the first week of July.

The upcoming lineup is expected to feature Oppo Reno 14 5G and Reno 14 Pro 5G, which will follow the Reno 13 series. The phone first launched in China in May. The Reno 14 Pro 5G is fueled by the MediaTek Dimensity 8450 processor, while the vanilla Reno 14 5G has the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 SoC.

Oppo has also shared a teaser image showing a green-colored model from the Reno 14 series featuring a triple rear camera setup. A dedicated landing page for the series is now live, and the global launch is also expected to follow shortly after the Indian debut.

While the India pricing hasn’t been revealed yet, the phones are expected to be priced similarly to the Chinese versions. In China, the Reno 14 5G starts at CNY 2,799, which is approximately ₹33,200 for the 12GB + 256GB variant. The Reno 14 Pro 5G is priced at CNY 3,499, roughly ₹41,500 for the same configuration. For reference, the Reno 13 5G and Reno 13 Pro 5G launched in India with prices starting at ₹37,999 and ₹49,999, respectively.

In terms of specifications, the Reno 14 runs on Android 15-based ColorOS 15, with a 6.59-inch display, a 50MP selfie camera, and a 50MP main camera with OIS. The Pro version gets a 6.83-inch display and the same camera setup, along with a more powerful chipset. The Reno 14 is backed by a 6,000mAh battery, while the Reno 14 Pro features a slightly larger 6,200mAh battery. Both phones support 80W wired fast charging, and the Pro model adds 50W wireless fast charging to the mix.
