Oppo Reno 13 Series Launch Set for November: Key Features and Specifications Revealed

Oppo is set to launch its next smartphone series, the Oppo Reno 13, in November. The company is reportedly planning to launch this Reno 12 successor in China sometime from November 20 to 25. Although an exact launch date has not been revealed, a new series is expected to be almost identical to the Reno 12.

Meanwhile, a Weibo post hints that the Oppo Reno 13 series is to be revealed on 25th November. This date is referred to as “tentative,” suggesting that it might not be fixed. In addition to the standard Reno 12 model, there was also a Pro variant of the device and so observers are expecting that the Reno 13 will likewise come in a standard version along with a more expensive Reno 13 Pro, with appreciable upgrades in highlights and details also. To recall, Oppo launched the Reno 12 series last year in May, following the release of the Reno 11 in November 2023.

Given this pattern, that will mean Reno 13 too will break cover in November since the company is just concentrating on its flagship Find X8 which will be unveiled sometime soon. According to the specifications that have appeared in the rumored interest, the Reno 13 is likely to have a 6.78-inch 1.5K display (1,264 x 2,780 pixels) with a quad-micro-curved LTPO OLED screen. The device is expected to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9300 chipset and will likely run on ColorOS 15 based on Android 15.

In terms of photography capabilities, the Oppo Reno 13 is anticipated to feature a 50-megapixel front camera along with a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera that offers 3x optical zoom. Additionally, users can expect underwater photography support in this smartphone. For power, it could house a robust 5,900mAh battery with 80W wired and 50W wireless charging, along with dust and water resistance features.
