Oppo has officially announced that the launch date for the Oppo Reno 11 series is set for next week, confirming the much-anticipated event will take place on November 23. The series, which includes the standard Oppo Reno 11 and the Oppo Reno 11 Pro, succeeding the Oppo Reno 10 and Reno 10 Pro, is geared to offer SLR-grade portraits and will be available in four different color variants.
The Upcoming Oppo Reno 11 Series
The launch event of Oppo Reno 11 Series is scheduled to occur in China at 2:00 pm local time (11:30 am IST), according to teaser posters shared by Oppo on Weibo. In preparation for the release, Oppo has initiated pre-reservations for both the Oppo Reno 11 and Oppo Reno 11 Pro via its official website in China.
Oppo is providing glimpses of the Oppo Reno 11 series’ design and specifications through a dedicated landing page on its website. The series is promoted to deliver SLR-level portrait photography and will be presented in Fluorite Blue, Moonstone, Turquoise, and Obsidian Black color options, as per the Chinese translations. Notably, they are showcased with triple rear cameras.
Leaks suggest that the Oppo Reno 11 Pro will feature a 1.5K resolution display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 2160Hz PWM dimming. It is anticipated to be equipped with the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC, paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. The Pro model is expected to house a Sony IMX890 main camera, a Sony IMX355 ultra-wide camera, and a Sony IMX709 telephoto sensor with 2X optical zoom. A robust 4,700mAh battery with 80W charging support is likely to power the device.
On the other hand, the standard Oppo Reno 11 is rumored to boast a curved display and may run on a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC. It is speculated to include a LYT600 main camera, a Sony IMX355 ultra-wide camera, and a Sony IMX709 telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom. The device is expected to be fueled by a 4,800mAh battery, supporting 67W fast charging.
