Oppo is gearing up to officially launch the Oppo Reno 11 Pro and Oppo Reno 11 in India, and recent leaks have provided insights into the expected price range and key specifications of these upcoming handsets. The Indian versions are rumored to feature distinct processors from their Chinese counterparts, with the Oppo Reno 11 housing a MediaTek Dimensity 7050 SoC and the Pro model potentially equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC. Notably, the Chinese variants sport different chipsets. Both versions boast 50-megapixel triple rear cameras and curved AMOLED displays.
The Rumors About the Oppo Reno 11 and Oppo Reno 11 Pro
The official confirmation of the Oppo Reno 11 series launch date in India came via the company’s website, scheduled for January 12. Leaked information from tipster Abhishek Yadav (@yabhishekhd) suggests that the Oppo Reno 11 Pro could be priced around ₹35,000, positioning it against competitors like the Samsung Galaxy A54 and Vivo V29 in the segment. On the other hand, the Oppo Reno 11 might be priced at ₹28,000, competing with devices such as the Vivo V29e and Samsung Galaxy A34.
According to the same source, the Indian variants will differ in terms of processors from the Chinese models, with the Oppo Reno 11 and Oppo Reno 11 Pro featuring MediaTek Dimensity 7050 SoC and MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC, respectively. In China, the vanilla model is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 chipset, while the Pro variant utilizes a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC.
Battery specifications also show variations, as the Indian Oppo Reno 11 may come with a 5,000mAh battery, while the Pro model might have a 4,600mAh battery. In contrast, the Chinese Reno 11 series includes 4,800mAh and 4,700mAh batteries with support for 67W and 80W fast charging, respectively.
Both the Oppo Reno 11 and Oppo Reno 11 Pro run on Android 14 and feature a 6.70-inch full-HD+ OLED curved display with a maximum refresh rate of 120Hz. The camera setups include a triple rear camera arrangement, with the Pro model sporting a 50-megapixel primary Sony IMX890 sensor, a 32-megapixel telephoto camera, and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera. The Oppo Reno 11, on the other hand, features a 50-megapixel Sony LYT600 sensor, a 32-megapixel telephoto secondary sensor, and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide sensor. Both phones also include 32-megapixel front cameras and in-display fingerprint sensors for biometric authentication.
